It should not take a twenty-five year old man five days to write a note this short, but don't judge Graham. It's not like he just sits down at a desk and pours out his soul. It takes him a minute.

When he's all done, he stuffs the one-page-note in Elise's purse, takes $20 out of her wallet - actually, he takes $40, why the fuck is she walking around with eighty bucks, anyway?! that's just asking to get robbed - and calls it a fair trade.
