Ico has found his way to the garage today. Playing around some with what he wants, humming and trying to figure out the melody. Sitting at his drumset, and starting up some. An easy slow pace to start. Trying out a few different variants. Sighing then. Leaning back some. "So. What to do?" He asks himself.

"Make wonderful music" announces Park from the door to the garage. She is in oversized t-shirt, leggings, and fluffy Pikachu slippers. She also doesn't look very well, even though she is trying to smile through it. "I think I definitely have a cold" she pouts for a moment. Her brow furrows. "Dang, I didn't give everyone those USBs yet. Head is a little foggy."

Ico does stop as he hear Park. Smiling towards her. "How are you feeling?" Frowning though at her words. "We will get to them, don't worry." He assures her and rises to move towards her. Drumsticks in hand. He seems okay, other than maybe just some itching in his nose. Other than that it seems she did not make him sick at least. "Go rest, I'll bring you soup." He tells her. Stopping in front of her.

"I'm feeling great" Park lies before shaking her head at his request. "No, we should play. Or you should play. We have to get the music down because it is sooo much fun." She looks to be leaning into that doorframe pretty hard - for support rather than looking cool.

Ico moves to her. "If you want me to play, at lesat sit and rest. Beside, I practice every day." He tells her and grins. Moving to grab her arm, to let her lean against him as he tries to bring her to a chair or similar. "If you get worse, I am taking you to bed." If she was feeling better he would had thrown in a wink, but she doesn't look that good. So he will just take care and worry.

Park smiles pitifully as she is guided to a chair to watch Ico play. Thankful to be sitting down again, she lets out a little sigh. "Joints are starting to ache" she frowns. "Definitely a flu." The bed remark at least gets a little smile...and blush.

Ico smiles as she does, and blushes at least. Or it might just be the flu making the color. "Get better soon." Winking at her at that. Teasing her some. Moving to play some. Doing a drum solo intro, a bit faster. Though then, after two hard hits to the cymbals, he slows down the pace. "Nothing to fear, nothing to hide. So come on back." Starting up the drums some. "Here!" Shouted out, starting at a faster pace. As if this song might be more him in a background role. Then again, it might also just be as this song is just a try for something new. After a few moment he stops. "Just wanting to get to beat the drums some." He admits and grins.

"If you need to beat off then you go ahead" Park smiles weakly to Ico; not through lack of sympathy, more a lack of energy. "I like those lyrics but what is the context? That could be a frightening thing to say too, depending on who is saying it, you know?" A pause. "Or maybe my head is all burning fog and I'm reading too much into...what were we talking about?"

Ico blinks, chuckling a bit as she probably doesn't realize what it sounded like she was suggesting. "Wording, Mee." He offers and smiles. "And I haven't figured it out. But the frightening part could be worked into as well. Like when Ice Nine Kills made the Silver Scream album. Each song a tribute to a horror-esque movie." Frowning though as she seem a bit scattered. Drumming a bit, a melancholy tone. "Could start like a positive and turns out it is about slender man." He half jokes. Rising then to move towards her. Flopping down near her, drumming on a small drum, and using his hands. To be able to keep a better eye on her. "Thinking of using this for some more acoustic styled songs." Glancing to her once in awhile.

People are always saying 'wording' or 'phrasing' at Park and she has no idea what people are commenting on. "That album sounds interesting. I like songs that trick you. Like movies that trick you. But I also like songs that just say 'I love you' in nice ways, you know?" A smile for Ico as he sits closer with his bongos. "Acoustic songs could just be percussion instead of drums. Depends on the song. Hmm...I guess I should get an acoustic bass then."

Ico might explain it to her later, but trying not to make her head go light and she passes out of stress. Nodding about acoustic songs. "Indeed, thought about some of those. Not even these types all the time." He offers with a gesture. "But also just sitting on a box and using that to drum. The space inside the box usually makes good sounds, if mixed with a guitar or something." Chuckling about her getting a bass. "Perhaps. I am sure we can try all kinds of things, to give the audience an experience. It's about warping and changing reality, after all." He suggests. "Also we can use songs like these to allow some to get rest. Some places perhaps you go acoustic bass or piano, let Scott sing or me. Sometimes I just drum, let someone else sing. Find some way to let people rest if we do long sets. Especially if we get a more permanent place to play, and we play for a long time." He suggests and smiles. Pacing and all that it seems. His wrist held to her forehead to see how she is feeling.

"It will save on electricity costs" Park points out with a smile about the acoustic life. "Experimentation is the engine of life...or something." A nod to playing while others rest. "You are soooo Mickey Dolenz" she giggles. "Lyric is Mike Nesmith, all moody and guitary. And that makes Scott be our Davy Jones." It all works out in her head. Her head that is hot to the press of Ico's wrist. "What's the diagnosis, Doctor Beat?"

Ico chuckles and tips his imaginary hat at the comparison. "Sounds like you have us figured out." He offers playfully. Feeling her warm forehead though. "That you shouldn't be running around. But, you are sitting now. I'll get you to the bed later." Brushing some hair from her face before drumming some. "I don't like reggae. I love it!" He sings, giving away what song he is drumming. Though might be hard to figure out without the other instruments. Trying to get her to smile or laugh. Positivity being good medicines after all.

"I don't like cricket, oh no, I love it" Park grins after joining in, even if the choruses are way out of order. "I like story songs too. There aren't a lot of them around anymore. And concept albums? Forget it. Everything is singles only now." She leans her head against Ico's shoulder, his words having managed to summon a smile. "Hey, hey, we're Augmented Reality. Doesn't really work. Too many syllables."

Ico chuckles and nods, "They are still around, but not as commmon. As I said, Ice Nine Kills wasn't long ago." He offers to her. "Though yes, album not as common with streaming. But I think you can release singles to tell a story as well. Look at a group like Sonata Arctica or Korn, they have songs titled one two three, and so on. Wildfire part 1. They also have a story following someone called Caled, showing up in three or four songs." He offers. Smiling to her. "Still there, if you know where to look, and they are usually great. Feels like listening to a movie or a book." He suggests. Letting her lean on him. "Well, there are a lot of different names, and also a lot of ways to introduce us. Welcome. To our Augmented Reality." He suggesta and grins. "Are you sure you don't want soup?"

Park does her best to listen to the conversation about concept albums but it's getting hard for her to stay focused. "We could do that kind of thing" she accepts, though it may be difficult to determine what she is agreeing too. "No, no soup, but I might have a little lie down. Just a little one. On the couch? In front of a movie?"

Ico smiles and nods. "Couch or bed? You can lay with me on my bed if you want." Wanting her to be comfortable. The couch might not be as nice to fall asleep on. Picking her up to carry her. Letting her pick where they go though.

"I don't want to get you sick too" Park mumbles as she is lifted up; she weighs close to nothing. "The couch. Watch movie." Comfort will probably be ignored with how weak she is starting to feel. "You want to watch 'Can't Stop the Music'? Or 'Xanadu'?"

Ico kisses her forehead. "I'm fine." He assures her. Bringing her to the couch in the main room. Setting her down and getting pillows and similar. "Just tell me if you want to move." He assures her. "Let us go with Xanadu, for now." He says and once all is set, and water brought. Along with soda. Settling in.

Park nods to Ico's requests as she gets herself comfortable on the couch as best she can. Her head resting on one arm, her legs atop the drummer's lap. "Have you seen 'Xanadu' before? All the muses and all the different musical styles. I don't know why people don't like it."

Ico does lean some on the other arm rest. Hand over her legs. Absently rubbing some. "Not the entire movie." He admits. "Not sure, perhaps the way they handle some things perhaps."

"I think people didn't like the time for a while. You know, the whole disco sux thing. And disco so does not suck...sux. No music does. Except maybe improvisational jazz. That just wanders all over the place." Park may be a bit all over the place too. "You're so nice to me" she sighs.

Ico chuckles a bit as she goes on. "Yeah, All kinds of music can be good, if performed properly. A lot bad stuff is out there though." Not arguing with any of it. Grinning at her. "You're my bandmate. And you're sweet and nice, of course I'll be nice in return." Raising a brow though at the sigh. "Something wrong?"

"Only that I'm sick. I don't like being sick. It's not fun being sick" Park pouts. "Do we have any ice cream?" She does manage a smile at Ico saying she is sweet and nice. "You're just saying that because we did things" she teases with a little giggle...followed by a couple of coughs.

Ico nods, "We will take care of you. Eat and drink. And then, mayhe ice cream." He offers and winks. Though he will go grab some. A hint of a blush though at her words. "Ah, yes. Well, not only." She did bring thoughts back. "But no thinking of that if you are going to be coughing." He tells her.

Park best try to eat and drink something then - she wants that ice cream! With much dramatic huffing and groaning, she drinks down some water and whatever food is around. At least her throat isn't hurting yet. "I'm too tired to think of that anyway" she sighs. "It was nice though. I think I might sleep." Her eyes glazing over a little as she watches the movie.

Ico does grab food for her. Letting her eat and drink some. "Ice cream when you wake up." He suggests and smiles. Relaxing as he watches the movie, glancing to her as well. "Sleep, you need it." He assures her. Humming a bit along with the movie.
