Local - He's 40 years old and has grown up here. There's plenty of reason to at least have passing knowledge if you're from here too!
Rowing - He's known to take a kayak out at times and enjoy a bit of quiet on the lake.
Downtown - He enjoys walking day or night around the stores or restaurants, grabbing a coffee or hot chocolate and seeing what's new in stock. Maybe you run a store or have bumped into him (figuratively or literally).
Cop - Did you do something bad? Did you need help? Just wanna RP getting pulled over? These things can be done.
Detective - Were you the victim of a violent crime? Call the law firm of---kidding. He may be part of investigating what happened. Perhaps he solved a case, or perhaps even worse you're still looking to him for answers...
Foodie - Got a recipe you need tested? New restaurant or new menu item? He's your guy.
Deacon is a man with some mileage on him. Fit at 5'10", he's clearly taken care of himself. That comes with the job and never knowing what you're going to run into. He has tanned skin from a lifetime spent outdoors (even if most of it is under clouded skies), with well kept brown hair with more than a mixed in hint of gray. His blue eyes can be a bit intense, when scrutinizing, or can almost shine with life when he smiles or lets some of that humor of his out into the world. When at work he is typically wearing a dress shirt, pants, and some sort of coat (be it a sports coat or one for the weather). When on duty he also usually has some sort of body armor on under or a vest he can strap on atop his regular clothes. When off duty, he's a jeans and t-shirt or flannel guy.
