Hale

Townie Adjacent: Though Hale is not a townie, his uncle's family is, so he's often mistaken for a GH Hale despite hailing from northern California. The GH Hales are a troubled bunch, the family beset with young tragedy, though they remain steadfast and ultimately service oriented as a whole. There's a lot of Hale blood on the Old Mill grounds.

College Dropout: Hale tried college, but it didn't stick. Halfway through a business major, he dropped out to pursue his first love: anything else.

Outdoorsy (ew, I know): Hale is a hiking and caving enthusiast, and spends a lot of his time outdoors. He excels at climbing, survivalism, and for a while worked for a NoCal company that led rafting tours. He's pretty good at orienteering and white water rafting, too, when he wants to be. Bad Life Decisions Detector: It's odd. His Glimmer works best when he's around people in the midst of making bad decisions. He's much more likely to randomly sense their feelings if they're about to do something stupid or reckless.

Raven black hair is long enough to fall in almost-curled pieces across his forehead, and while slightly unkempt, it's hard to tell if the look was intentional or not. His skin is strikingly pale in contrast to his hair. Ice blue eyes are striking against black lashes, and glint occasionally with a devil-may-care sort of humor. His features are otherwise angular, with expressive eyebrows, a straight nose, and a squared jaw.

His clothing is simple, fit to a frame that was shaped by steady work more than dedicated lifting. He tends toward jeans and v-neck tees, along with a plain black leather jacket over the top.
