• Casino Mogul - Joshua Foster is known as the long-time casino manager for the Quinault Beach Casino just outside Ocean City Washington.

• Stalled Project - Foster was in the middle of building the Grand Olympic Casino off the coast of Gray Harbor when an environmental dispute about the habitat of the cutthroat trout stalled the project.

Joshua is a middle-aged fellow with silver hair and kind-seeming brown eyes behind square-framed glasses. He stands about 5'10" tall with a physique that he probably puts some effort into at this point in his life, still trim but it undoubtedly requires maintenance. He dresses sharply most of the time, preferring tailored suits and expensive shoes.
