Old Man: Now over sixty years old, Li has a wealth of life experience that he doesn't mind sharing. He's not really up to date with the latest technical trends or social media, putting him at an immediate disadvantage with modern gossip. Some may see him as grumpy, and while there might be some truth in those words, anyone willing to put in the time and invest some effort into getting to know him may find their lives enriched by the experience.
Foreigner: Having spent the vast majority of his life in Vietnam and then China, Li is a man that is culturally displaced. He often doesn't understand the habits and trends of the Western world, and is still coming to grips with the cuisine on offer in America. Are you willing to help him bridge the gap and help him acclimatise?
Vietnam Vet: Li is a veteran of the Vietnam War. Though he only participated in the tail end of it, he participated in and witnessed quite a lot. Are you also a veteran of some sort?
Standing at 5'8" with a lean build, this man of Chinese descent looks to be entering the latter stages of life. Clearly at retirement age, Li's once black hair has lightened considerably to have grey streaks throughout. His skin sags around his face a little, though his hardened and focussed eyes suggest he still has a bit left in the tank. A small, vertical scar can be seen across the right side of his mouth. It stretches across both lips and the skin beyond, stopping a bit short of his nose and chin. By and large the man wears heavy and worn dark clothes with matching dark boots, unremarkable in nearly every way.

It's Ravn's dock. He moored a boat at it, ergo it now belongs to him. People still keep walking on it, though.%r%r[open scene for beach wanderers, come on over]
