Outsider : Someone new to town and in want of a fresh start. Looking to familiarize himself with the town.
Cop (Detective): A Detective recently transferred to Gray Harbor from the big city, open to Rp in any situation pertaining to this.
Painting Enthusiast: Whether there be an art gallery or even an art club of sorts, you can be sure that if Donovan can be there, he will attempt to be there.
A truth-seeker: If there is something that nobody will touch that you need investigated. Donovan doesn't let things go, even at his own peril.
Friendly: Need a drinking buddy, or just someone to talk to that will listen. Can be found wondering town and enjoying himself in a bar when off-duty.
Troubled past: Someone in his past cost him his position in New York. Its a sore topic.
Boxing: Enjoys a good sparing match.
Glimmer: Ignorant of how it works or where it comes from. He only knows that he has utilized it before and how to use it. Calls it "The Rot."
Movie-Goer: Enjoys a good film, probably too critical on them though.
Music nut: Johnny cash and Low roar are equal favorites in Donovan's eyes. Perhaps a band may show up in town that interests him, or maybe one day he will start one of his own.
Guitarist: Can definitely play the guitar with the best of them.

A lean muscular man of just below average height. His emerald green eyes could have once been seen as piercing and serene, but under closer examination you can see they have considerably dulled with age and experience with the world. His nose is just slightly crooked, a sign of a break that didn't heal back right and making his decently handsome face appear more bull-doggish. An image which the 5 o'clock shadow and strong jaw do very little to deter. His jet-black hair has been formed into a well maintained crew cut. Donovan is a simple-man, almost always wearing his jean jacket and Viking warrior necklace over some sort of dark country or rock related t-shirt, and jean pants.
