An aging two story motel, the Sea View Suites sits at one end of the boardwalk and is tucked far enough back that the bay view is heavily obstructed by the food stands and tchotchke shops. The motel has undergone minor renovations since it changed hands. The interior design of the front lobby has been reworked, taking on a distinctly vintage style from the lighting to the patterned wallpaper. An old-fashioned key holder with a series of pigeon-hole style cabinets is situated atop a desk behind the counter. Each cabinet is securely locked and unmarked. Decidedly modern additions include a set of security cameras that have been installed in the lobby. The guest suites are kept clean and neat but remain static in all their early 2000s glory design-wise. There is a small pool and a jacuzzi hot-tub located on the grounds. As always, it's a coin toss if the jacuzzi is actually operating.
