A bright, spacious apartment that is sleekly modern and very trendy. Pale hardwood floors and lightly-colored walls add to the sense of airiness within. There are two bedrooms with two-and-a-half bathrooms total, and you enter first a window-lit living room, one can see into the small dining room that looks like it might be serving as an office.A breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room has a few modern lucite stools pulled up to it; the kitchen has high-end appliances in white and brass. The cabinets are a mix of dark gray wood stain and high gloss white modern flat faces, with classic venetian marble countertops. A front-facing balcony is accessed through large French doors, which looks right out onto the ocean. Down a small hallway, one finds two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and a half bath. The master bedroom also has it's own small balconies on the other side of sliding glass doors. The furnishing in the apartment is very sparse and modern, the living room populated just by a black leather couch, steel and glass coffee table and huge wall mounted television. The bedrooms are likewise nearly bare, but functional. There is no art on the walls or a single throw pillow to be seen.
