Bayside's apartments are bright, spacious apartments are sleekly modern and updated inside, and this corner unit is no exception. Pale hardwood floors and lightly-colored walls add to the sense of airiness within. Two bedrooms (one of which is an office) and one-and-a-half bathrooms, one equipped with a rainfall shower. Visitors enter through a window-lit living room, that looks on to the small dining room with a breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room. The kitchen has high-end appliances, small but well-ordered to make it functional. A front-facing balcony is accessed through large French doors, with a view of the ocean. The master bedroom also has its very own small balcony on the other side of sliding glass doors.
The current occupant hasn't done much to update the showroom chic decor. It's the sort of decor that anyone could imagine themselves in. Nothing too personal - lots of clean lines and a distinct lack of clutter. In fact, the occupant has gone out of his way to remove wall decorations, as evidenced by bare hooks. His personal effects are confined to the expansive walk-in closet that holds his wardrobe, and the second bedroom-turned-office. The living room is dominated (in a tasteful way) by a good quality electric baby grand piano.
