Apartment 505

A bright, spacious apartment that is touch Spartan and practical. Light Mahogany hardwood floors and warm grey walls add to the sense of airiness within. There are two bedrooms with one-and-a-half bathrooms total, and you enter first a window-lit living room, one can see into the small dining room that looks like it might be serving as a study area with a table arrayed with numerous books on emergency medicine. A breakfast bar between the kitchen and the living room has a few old style bar stools pulled up to it. The kitchen has the standard nice appliances in stainless steel and black. The cabinets are a mix of mahogany wood stain with warm gray trim. The counter tops are granite with streaks of copper and black through it. The furniture in the living room is fairly basic with mahogany framing. In front of the couch there is an entertainment center with an older wall mounted 70" Plasma screen TV. A set of shelves with a PS4 and DVR rests beneath the TV.

From the living room, a front-facing balcony is accessed through large French doors, which looks right out onto the ocean. Down a small hallway, one finds the utility room across from the half-bath, with two bedrooms sharing a common bathroom further down the hall. The master bedroom also has it's own small balconies on the other side of sliding glass doors. The master bedroom seems overly large due to the lack of anything other than a basic dresser, night stand, and Queen sized sleigh bed. The other bedroom is set up as a practice studio for martial arts. Very open with the closet containing a variety of things ranging from sets of pads, folded mats, to practice bags for kicks and punches. On one of the walls one can finely see Devlin's various military awards, a few martial arts trophies, and related things.
