Two bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, and a kitchen: A bachelor lives here and no mistaking it. Although the furniture is nice throughout, it has no personal touches to speak of. There are no family photos on the walls, no charming bric-a-brac. Everything is functional and clean and boring, in beachy shades of beige and blue and white, lending to the bright-and-airy feeling that make the Bayside Apartments such desirable real estate. There's a balcony with some wrought iron furniture on it and a couple of plants that look like they aren't especially happy out there, sort of limp-looking for want of a little sunshine.
