The Bayside Apartments is a gated community with a security guard posted at the entrance. The trio of apartment buildings that make up the Apartments have been linked via covered walkways with well manicured shrubbery that lines the sides and offers some semblance of privacy without blocking the passage of the air through them. The buildings are positioned in such a way that they offer a protected inner courtyard that has been set up for lounging, or grilling, when the weather is promising, with a central seating area in the middle. There is underground parking for both guests and tenants beneath each building as well as outdoor parking spaces for larger parties.
Each building is equipped with a number of things that add to the luxury of the apartments. The first being that there is a private gym and pool on the lobby floor available for those in that building and a guest, or two, to enjoy all year. There is also a doorman that helps keep people out of the well appointed lobby, and thus the rest of the buildings. In-house maid service is available at an extra monthly cost, as is the use of pet care and other amenities that are built into things, some costing a few extra dollars, and some offered free.
Each floor has a lounge area designated for the tenants of that floor that is meant to develop a sense of community, fully equipped with a snackbar that offers food and other refreshments. Apartments on one side of the buildings face the water, and are equipped with balconies that allow the tenant to enjoy the view. The other side of the buildings, the apartments also have balconies, but they look down onto the courtyard itself, and don't offer a sea view even if the view is lovely as well.
