11 Bayside Road

This sprawling home is situated right on the bay, with unobstructed views of the water. The entryway offers a view straight back through two large sets of double doors through the great room beyond to the back yard and water. A curving staircase leads up to the bedrooms on the second floor, which have their own spectacular views. On the first floor, travertine tile makes up most of the entry and hallways, with soft plush rugs breaking up the hardwood floors within the rooms themselves. The great room contains a wide open space for entertaining and an open floor plan that allows seamless access to the dining area, the spacious kitchen situated toward the side of the house with access between the two. Large overstuffed pieces of furniture is not just for show, but for comfort.

There is an office on the first floor as well as a library and a small home gym. A half bath is accessible off the entryway, and another full bath near the laundry toward the side of the house near the kitchen. Access to the three car garage is through a small door near the laundry area. The entire house is tastefully decorated in dark woods and deep colors, mostly blues and greens. It's clear that it has had a decorator's touch.

Office:

The office is usually kept locked and has greater security than the rest of the house. Inside, there are more computers than any single person should ever need -- upwards of two servers, a desktop, and a couple of laptops at any given time. There are four monitors set up on the desk which is expansive. A comfortable executive style chair swivels and rolls as needed. There is a couch situated along one wall with book shelves above it that contain all manner of technoloy and programming-related references.

There is a VR setup in one corner of the room, and a host of other gadgets -- some of them working prototypes, and others just models of posssible developments. There are awards all along one wall for Lucidwave Gaming, and newspaper clippings and other highlights from Justin's career. There are also pictures of his family and some of their clippings and accomplishments as well.

Library:

A small ilbrary is tucked in between the great room and the office with french doors that lead into a cozy space with a couple of small windows that look out onto the front of the house and Bayside. There are a couple of thick leather chairs with ottomans with reading lamps nestled on either side of a small round table. The walls from floor to ceiling is lined with books on all manner of topics ranging from fantasy and sci-fi novels to history, how-to, literature, and mythology. It looks like a cozy space to curl up and read, or to take refuge if the house is filled with people.

Guest Rooms:

Upstairs there are a couple of guest rooms that have been set up for visitors to the house. Each one has its own en suite bathroom, queen sized bed, side tables, armoire, chest of drawers, and comfortable overstuffed chair with ottoman. One is done all in shades of green and the other in various shades of blue. They are kept ready at all times for those who might drop by.

Security:

The entire house has a state of the art security system that is actively monitored, lights that come on outside on motion sensors, a silent alarm, and cameras which monitor most of the house. The office has additional security surrounding the equipment within. A safe in the library is also secured to the foundation.
