A cozy little Bayside bungalow, the one bedroom house sits on the middle of the hill. There's no gorgeous views of the bay, but if one is to stand on their very very tip-toes on the balcony outside of the master bedroom on a cloudless day, they might catch a small glimpse of something that looks like water. The house only has one bedroom, which has bedroom stuff in it, accessible via the upstairs loft.
