A corner building on Elm, the front of the store is a giant window that overlooks the street. The interior smells like a strong mix of perfumed shampoo and nail polish; it isn't awful, but it's the kind of scent that hits hard upon entrance. A small counter sits at the front of the store along with shelving that has various products on it, everything from hair washes to pomades. All of them are off-brands and some of them are rather clearly homemade (hopefully whoever made them had some kinda permit!).

There are a total of four hair cutting stations and three hair washing stations; one sink always constantly has cold water but it seems to change at random. In the very back, there is a spot to get one's nails done did and a massaging chair for pedicures, though the 'massage' often leaves one feeling like they've been smacked in the back one too many times. All in all, it is a pleasant shop that's well-kept.
