Pizza Kitchen

Centered to one side is a large brick oven, the only type a proper pizza should be made on, not these electric ovens or microwaves, true pizza is baked with a brick oven. A brick half-wall separates the oven from the rest of the establishment, allowing customers to observe the process while also restricting some of the heat from filling the entire building. A curved bar attaches to the half-wall with stools for those eating alone, or just fascinated by the process. The rest of the restaurant is filled with tables and booths for couples and larger groups to gather and enjoy themselves.

It's a "seat yourself" and "pay at the register" kinda place. A few arcade machines slot in between the tables. There's a big window front window to look out at the parking lot and downtown beyond that.
