Bamboo panels ride halfway up the wall all the way around the interior, along with half-wall dividers topped in frosted glass, etched with swimming Koi, tinted with hand-painted, soft colors. The walls are a vibrant, energizing cerulean blue, ceiling white and hung with hand-carved, decorative fish of various sizes and weights, all carefully suspended from small steel cables.
To the right is a half-height dividing wall separating the restaurant in two to provide the illusion of more privacy. The space is small, and there are only three larger tables on that right side, whereas there are six booths on the left, and four 4-tops in the middle. Along the back wall: a short hall to customers-only bathrooms, which also houses the door to the kitchen. At the back wall of the restaurant is a bar-style counter topped with a few bamboo plants in water, a register, a donation cup for a local cause, and a little hand-carved elephant that makes up the tip jar. A doorway behind leads into the kitchen, and the place always smells like wonderful spices and frying meats.
Vegetarian, Vegan, and other options are available. The shop closes to diners at 9:30pm, but offers delivery until 2am to most of Gray Harbor. Most popular: pad thai, curries, basil stir fry, string beans, shrimp & lemongrass dumplings, thai iced tea, and taro root boba tea.
