There's not much of a yard inf ront of the Kelly House, but what there is is "festively" decorated. Christmas lights wind their way around the rusted metal railings of the front porch all year round and there is an old rusted out car tucked up by the dilapidated fence that has all kinds of things growing out of it, and probably living in it.
The house itself is a three bedroom, but is in the sort of condition that one might expect in this neighborhood -- which is to say that it is in dire need of paint, a carpenter, some foundation work, a few bricks in the chimney. In fact, it may be a better idea to just tear the whole thing down and start over.
There is a single car detached garage off to one side that has definitely seen better days and may be leaning just slightly to the right.
