What used to be a totally legit shop that was absolutely on the up-and-up and nothing shady ever happened here has now burned to the ground. The small parking lot out front has some debris in it, and there's caution tape around the pile of ash and charred timber that used to be the dispensary. Seriously, there's just nothing left but a pile of ash.
The skate-park out back is fine, though. A bricked-in back alley behind the rubble, accessible through a slightly-charred metal gate. Here, a small, impromptu skate park has been set up. One will find multiple ramps in varying heights, a few different rails to grind, and a large half pipe dominating one end of the space.
