15 Oak Avenue is a lovely old two story building in an American Federal style. Symmetrical facade, with six windows, complete with shutters. It looks like an elegant old lady, in need of a little love, but still sturdy and fit enough. Inside, the floors are wooden with a little scuffed polish and rugs thrown over it. Whoever lives here has not bought much furniture and it echoes a little. In the dining room, there is a table, set up as though someone is using it as an office. The kitchen has minimal contents, apart from an expensive coffee machine, and a variety of beans in pots.
