The small two-story house situated on Spruce Street could be called cluttered at best. It's clear that whoever has lived here for some time tended to accumulate things, and while not what one would consider a hoarder, for the place seems sanitary, if not particularly neat, there are a plethora of items stuffed onto every shelf and flat surface in the place. That, combined with the stack of boxes neatly pushed over into one corner of the livingroom that belong to the new occupants of the home, makes for extremely close quarters.
There is a single guest bathroom and guest bedroom on the first floor along with the livingroom, kitchen, and entryway, and a pair of bedrooms and a second bathroom on the second floor, with an attic above and a basement below. The entire place could use some much-needed updating.
