The standard apartment in the Broadleaf is one or two bedrooms, with as many bathrooms, a galley-style kitchen, an open-concept dining and living room combo with fireplace, and engineered hardwood floors. A short hallway leads to the bedroom(s) which have closets. In two-bedroom layouts the master bedroom has its own bathroom.
The walls are all painted in neutral gray tones with white-painted woodwork. The floors are also a pale grey wood tone. Fixtures and finishes are simple but modern.
