Garrett had most likely come a knockin' on Kelsey's door to see if she was free for forest exploration, and was also likely almost bowled over by the newest addition to her home. An English Mastiff puppy named Wishbone! She was still working on the training thing. It had only been two days since the little guy got here! She had enlisted Garrett's help in holding him still so she could get the leash on and Garrett would get a glimpse of her living room. It was something reminiscent of Ripley's Believe It or Not and looked more like part of a museum than a living room.

Now though, they were well on their way towards the forest. Wishbone was loving every bit of it. Exploring and trying, but currently failing, to run farther ahead than he already was. "Oof he's gonna be a handful soon I can tell." Kelsey laughed. Her attire was a pair of jeans and a plain navy blue t-shirt with a black flannel over it even though it was a little warm out. Better to have everything covered when walking. "So how are you settling in?" She asked, quirking a brow towards the man.

Once the dog wrangling is complete and Garrett is smiling, he is happy to head off into the woods for adventure, only slightly less enthusiastic than Wishbone. "Oh, definitely, but look at him; you can't hold it against him," he says with a grin. He's dressed in hiking attire, as he is more often than not. Cargo pants, trail runners, and a t shirt, though the latter is a light, breezy, moisture wicking black number instead of standard cotton.

"Oh, not so bad," he answers, glancing about. "Apparently helping start a band. Working a lot. Getting to know the woods, clearly," he adds, waving a hand about. "Thanks, by the way. Makes life easier to have someone show you the good spots instead of wandering about."

"I can't at all. I wish I had his energy." Kelsey grinned. "Ironically, I was just telling this guy the other day that I couldn't be adding MORE stuff to what I already do. but I saw the posting about Wishbone and his siblings and couldn't resist. Besides. It's nice having another living thing in the house." She admitted with a chuckle. "Huh, you are? I wonder if you know the person I talked to. Jamie Kelly? He said he was thinking about getting back into a band. And I can only assume there are so many bands in Gray Harbor..."

"And you're totally welcome." Kelsey waved her hand a bit. "I'm trying to be better about the whole talking to people thing so it works out for both of us. Now. Do you want pretty first, or spooky?"

"Always wanted a dog. Maybe when I'm settled a bit more and my work schedule settles," Garrett muses with a little sigh, watching as Wishbone bounds about. The sigh and brief hint at melancholy vanishes quickly enough as the subject turns back towards music. "Oh, I think so, unless there's another guitarist named Jaime floating around here. Jammed with him and Sparrow, was pretty solid for never having met either of them before," he answers quickly, nodding and smiling.

"Hmmm, spooky or pretty... I'm gonna say spooky, since now I'll know what places to avoid if I want instead of stumbling across them on my own," he decides.

"And then we can have doggy play dates." Kelsey agreed. "Where your dog will probably be able to ride on mine." Laughing again. "I don't think there is?" Another Jamie that is. "I'm looking forward to listening to you guys. He said that ya'll might end up renting some space in his brother's gym. I go there a lot so I'm sure I'll hear ya if you do. " A touch of a smirk. "But the spooky stuff is the best stuff." She started veering them a little off the beaten path down. Giving Wishbone a gentle tug, "C'mon boy. Off to adventure!" She encouraged the pup.

"Chihuahua it is," Garrett says with a chuckle, watching and very clearly imagining Wishbone serving as a mount for a tiny dog. "Oh, we are? I didn't get that memo. I thought practice space was already more or less figured out..." He trails off, giving a little shrug before following Kelsey off the trail. "Maybe it is, but I'd still just as soon only find it when I'm looking for it, not just stumble across it," he counters with a grin. "Lead on, ma'am, to the spooky!"

"Ohh I love it." Kelsey grinned at the mental image. "And I dunno. He was just speculating. Could be totally wrong. We'll see!"

There was no creepier place in Firefly Forest, in Kelsey's opinion, than the Abandoned Sawmill. Aside the fact it reminded her of North Dakota, you could almost feel the unsettling energy in the area. She was also very sure that things got a little thin here now and again and was often on the lookout for strange things or random portals even when she wandered around. "Stick close, yeah? This place can be pretty dangerous if you're not watching your step." Once they were through the fence. She was also keeping Wishbone on a bit of a tighter leash. The factory was looming over them. A little shiver ran up her spine. "Been a little bit since I came out here."

"Guess we'll see. I'll hold off on moving the bass rig around until I know where we're settling, though," Garrett muses with a grin. His grin fades as they reach what is apparently the spookiest spot in the woods. He looks around, a little shiver running down his spine, before shaking it off." Dangerous, like, rusty saw blades and crap under the brush or coyotes holing up in here or something?" He asks, but sticks close despite his questions.

"Hey, kind of random, but you haven't been to Minneapolis ever, have you?" he asks, eyes flicking about at the former sawmill.

Wishbone's demeanor shifts a bit too. A little more wary, and eventually Kelsey actually picks him up. "It's okay honey. We won't stay too long." Cooing to the pupper. "Uh, something like that. Rusty saw blades, wild animals, random machinery." Random creepy things happening that no one can quite explain. Shadows out of the corner of your eye. You know. Typical stuff. "Tons of people died here before they closed it down. It's totally haunted." Kelsey nodded matter of factly.

"Minneapolis? Can't say that I have. I mean, not long term at least. Drove through a few times. Why?" Kelsey glanced to him and then led him around to a spot where some wall was missing so you could see inside part of the factory.

"Yeah, I believe it, pre-OSHA and all that." Garrett nods along as if a bunch of people dying at a sawmill is to be expected. "I'll make sure to keep a close watch where I step," he promises, spending as much time looking where he steps as looking around.

"Oh, just thought you looked familiar, but I've been getting that a lot lately. New town, New faces, brain trying to make things fit, you know?" he explains, shaking his head. "Sorry, just being weird, don't mind me." He waves the comment away and goes back to looking at the spookiness.

Kelsey glanced to Garrett a moment when he said she looked familiar and shrugged. "You probably have seen me before. My face was all over the news for awhile." She admitted as she examined the pseudo-entrance and then stepped inside. Wishbone whined softly, snuggling up closer to Kelsey if possible. "It's okay. Almost done." She promised. Looking to Garrett, "Wanna see anything else up close and personal or ready to move on?"

Garrett pauses, then shrugs. "Yeah, that's probably it," he agrees, though he seems more like it's an answer he's okay with accepting more than he really believes. He gives Wishbone a little sympathetic frown and nod, but then quirks an eyebrow upwards at Kelsey's question, opens his mouth, stops himself, then starts again. "I'm just along for the ride on this one. I'll tell you if I've had enough, but until then, I'm in your hands," he answers.

He accepts that answer and Kelsey is happy to not offer anything else up about all that. Instead she makes a thoughtful little noise and shrugs. "Well, we'll come back here some time sans adorable pupper. I don't want to stress him out too much." She decided. "There's a couple nice spots we'll look at next. Probably creepier in the evening time but with the daylight - should be pretty." She flashed a grin and then turned to carefully start leading them out of the rusted ruins.

"Yeah, that sounds good. Wishbone seems like he's had about enough," Garrett agrees with another glance at the pup. He returns the grin at the mention of the next stops, then his eyebrow quirks upwards once more. "You know, I vaguely recall my mother once warning me about going out into the woods with women I barely know," he says, though his tone is far more teasing than suggestive. He offers another friendly little grin and follows Kelsey out of the rusted mess.

Kelsey laughs at that. "Your mom's a smart woman. Lucky for you, I don't have a house made of candy or anything." She chuckled again. Once they were out of the fence she set Wishbone back down. He was more than happy to be done with that nonsense.

"There's a neat little clearing and a small stream too. I think it's from an underground well or something because I've tried following it to the source once or twice and never find anything that make s sense with it. "

"That she is," Garrett agrees, nodding, smiling at Wishbone and his clear relief. He listens with interest at the next part of the afternoon itinerary, seeming interested in the untraceable stream. "If only you had brought some sort of expert with you to check out something like that. Like, say, an environmental engineer or something along those lines." He heaves a heavy, melodramatic sigh. "Well, guess the mystery will go unsolved until Scoob and the gang can get around to it," he laments, trying and failing not to grin the whole time.

Kelsey raises a brow, looking over at him, which causes her to stumble a bot as Wishbone found something he wanted to get and chase. She gasped but caught herself on a tree to steady herself and gave a breathless laugh. "Oh no shit huh?" Grinning again. "Well then. Guess we're the off brand Scooby gang today!" Pushing a hand through her hair and resuming walking. "Maybe you'll have better luck."

Garrett's arm reaches out as Kelsey stumbles, but she seems to have it under control. Still, the arm is out until she's clearly back on steady footing and back underway. "And forest and natural resource management. I, uh, really leaned into the whole outdoors thing," Garrett says, following along, then looking at their trio. "Great Value brand Scooby gang. We're short a couple members," he says with a soft chuckle. "No promises on finding the source, though. It really could just be a spring bubbling up somewhere, and I didn't bring a shovel to try tracking it down any further than that," he says with a wink.

"Yeah you did." Kelsey shook her head a bit. "I was a kindergarten teacher for a short while. I do a little bit of everything now though." She eyed Wishbone briefly to make sure that he wasn't going to try taking off again, shifting to lead them down a short, shallow embankment. "We'll check out the clearing first. " Another little chuckle. "Well let's see. Wishbone's obviously Scooby. I'm calling dibs on Shaggy. So you're either a Fred, Velma or a Daphne." She winked.

Garrett turns down the embankment, watching where he puts his feet. "Kindergarten, hm? Mind if I ask what made you stop doing that?" he asks, tone more conversational than prying. Kelsey's choice of character gets a little snerk of a laugh. "Well, I don't know much about traps, and I don't think I'm quite smart enough for Velma. Guess that makes me Daphne." He tosses his head back as if to toss his hair back, which has absolutely no effect on his short, black curls. "I wouldn't have been my first pick to be the pretty one, but I think I'm up to the challenge," he says lightly, winking back. "So, what's special about this clearing we're heading for?"

"Damsel in Distress turned Kung Fu fighter if you keep up with those live action movies they made. I like it." Kelsey laughed when he tried to toss back his hair. Rounding back to his original question, "As for why I stopped teaching. Had a pretty life-changing event happen? Left me not in the right frame of mind to be dealing with little kids." She answered, keeping her focus ahead to make sure everything went okay. "There's a pretty big tree right in the center. Good for climbing. Might get a nice view from the top. But over all it's just peaceful."

Garrett strikes, just for a moment, his best Bruce Lee pose. It is not very good. But then he's grinning and following along. The answer is vague, but Garrett knows how to take a hint, so just gives a little nod. "Fair enough," he concedes, and then is back to focusing on the woods. "You must spend a lot of time out here, knowing where all these places are?" he ventures, continuing to glance about as they hike.

The pose has Kelsey snickering a bit as she catches it. "I do yeah." She nodded at his assessment. "It's close to home. And it's peaceful. And it gives some good inspiration for my writing. Plus lots of neat things to see. Nature wise. For me at least."

One more slight left turn and a few. moments later they were entering into the clearing. "What got you into being all outdoorsy?"

"Makes sense." Garrett nods. "Guess bumping into you out here was less luck, more am inevitability, then, eh?" He grins, then looks around at the woods. "At first? The novelty. From London originally, so when we moved to Minnesota and there was actual wilderness, or at least comparative wilderness, nearby to go check out, what boy could resist, you know?" He shrugs. "And then it grew on me. And mom made it clear she wasn't going to make any, ah, financial contributions towards college if I didn't go for something more employable than a music major, soooo...." He trails off, the rest rather self explanatory. "What sort of writing do you do?" he asks, curious.

"London to Minnesota? Sounds like a culture shock. Never been overseas, but I can only imagine." Kelsey nodded, "Good to have a fall back too I guess right? If the music thing didn't work out?" The clearing was mostly taken up by the large, tall tree in the center. Still plenty enough room to sit and hangout. The tree looked easy enough to climb if one so wished. Kelsey walked over, settling down on the ground to lean against the tree, taking a bit of a break. "Mostly horror, thriller sort of stuff. Some action adventure...nothing major. Just some stuff on webzines, short stories and the like. No novels or anything."

"Bit of a change, yeah," Garrett confirms with a laugh, nodding as he settles down beside her, leaning against the tree. "Eh, the music is probably more hobby than career anyways, so can't complain about how things all played out." A little shrug, then he's leaning forward just a bit and looking back over to Kelsey. "That so? No time for novels, or just no interest in writing something that long?" he inquires.

"Fair enough. So long as you're happy yeah?" Kelsey was watching Wishbone, giving him a little more freedom of movement on the leash now that they were resting. Then she slides those blue eyes back to him. "Something like that. Inspiration just kind of comes in spurts. Ideas are fleeting. I don't know if I have it in my to write a whole big thing. The short stories are better. Little blurbs. The writing helps me process things sometimes." Especially the weird things here. You can bet your bottom dollar there's a story in the works about literal ear worms.

"That's kind of what I've been going with," Garrett agrees with a small, contented nod, looking from Kelsey to Wishbone to the surrounding woods, then back to Kelsey. "That makes sense. I don't really write, but I can only imagine how much time it would take to get an entire novel on paper." His back arches and he stretches a bit before letting out a heavy, pleased sigh. "So if I were feeling inclined to see what sort of writing my new friend does, where would I do that?"

Kelsey eyed him for a moment, a wry little smile. "Do a Google search for 'horror webzines'. And have fun." She grinned then. "I'm under a pen name too. Lemme know if you think you've found something I wrote and where you found it and I'll let you know if it is or not." She pushed a hand through her hair, thinking a moment. "I will give you a hint. One of them is about a haunted music box." A glance up towards the tree tops. "Ready to check out the mystery stream?"

"Horror webzines. Haunted music box. Oddly specific. I suspect I'll know it when I've found it," Garrett muses, drumming fingertips across his knee. He follows Kelsey's gaze upward, then gives a little nod. "Sure. Let's see what we can find." He plants hands on his knees and pushes to his feet, then offers a hand to Kelsey. "It near here, or not so much?" A pause. "You now, I've never bothered to check or ask... just how big is this woods, anyways?"

"Not as oddly specific as you think. But, if you do find it, I'll be interested to know what you think." Kelsey agreed, taking his hand to haul herself up. "C'mon Wishbone! Onward to more adventure." Starting to lead Garrett back up. "Y'know. I'm not sure how big it is....I know I haven't explored very much at all of it honestly. pretty sure it's kinda expansive?" She thought it over. "The stream isn't too much farther from here. Maybe next time we'll have to explore some uncharted territory." Apparently already deciding she can tolerate Garrett enough to drag him on another forest trek sometime.

"...no, I suppose a music box /would/ lend itself well to creepy stories, ehoes of an otherwise benign song drifting through a house at night and all," Garrett ponders, then shivers slightly. "I'm really interested to see what I can dig up, now." He grins, giving one last little stretch before setting off after Kelsey. "I'll see if I can borrow a GPS from work if we're going into the great unknown," he volunteers. "Even if we're not likely to get totally lost, it'll make it easier to find anything worth revisiting in the future." He seems fully on-board with future woods wandering.

"Good luck on your scavenger hunt!" Kelsey chuckled, nodding along with the idea of having a GPS. "That's likely a good idea. Hate to say it, but if we got lost out here, I ain't got no one around who'd miss me. So unless people would come lookin' for you - we're SOL." She laughed, though it didn't seem like she was joking. She led him up and over another little path and as they got closer you could faintly here the sound of water. Not that it sounded like a lot of water. But it was running water nonetheless.

"Heh, thanks," Garrett says to the luck wished to him. "And I wouldn't be /too/ concerned about getting lost; as long as we can go more or less southwest, we should come out near enough to town to survive," he adds with a confident smile. "The GPS is so we can find the good stuff we stumble across next time," he clarifies, then glances around. "Hmm... what are your thoughts on camping?" he asks idly.

"That makes a little more sense." Kelsey admitted with a chuckle. "Camping? It's fine I suppose. I haven't gone proper camping in a while. You thinking a camping/hiking trip would result in more time finding cool things?" She asked, thinking that over a moment. "Could be neat...do you go camping a lot?" She asked. Then she motioned for him to stop walking. The sound of the water was more noticeable now. "Right over here, see?" Motioning towards the ground a little ways off. It was a narrow strip with water flowing through at a lazy pace. "And when I walked upward," Against the flow of the water, "I tried to find the source but just couldn't. I dunno. Maybe I didn't go far enough?"

"That's kind of what I was thinking, yeah. Even if it's just one night, that's an extra half day of exploring and then we have a whole day to hike back in." Garrett nods as his thought process is quickly figured out. The question of how regularly he camps gets a soft laugh. "Most of the last few summers. On and off the summers before that," he answers, nodding. He falls silent when instructed, though, tilting his head a bit to listen, then follows Kelsey. He gives the small stream a contemplative look, arms folded across his chest as he thinks. "Could maybe be a seasonal or rainfall related thing; it's pretty small." He shrugs. "But, maybe not. Let's take a look, shall we?" With that, he makes to begin moving upstream. "Ever follow it the other way, see where it goes?" he asks.

"I could dig that. Weather's nice enough for it still for camping too. Little hot but one day won't kill us yeah?" Kelsey mused. Looking back at the water. "Maybe. I only discovered it recently. Like a few months back. So it could just be seasonal." Kelsey agreed. "You know. I haven't ever followed it." Making a thoughtful noise as she looked down stream. "We'll do that next." Or Next time. Depending on what happens with this."

"Cool. You have a tent and stuff, or are we going to have to work on a packing list one of these days?" Garrett is clearly excited about the idea, speaking quickly. "Tent, water, food, socks, maybe a change of clothes if it becomes more than a day-" He cuts himself off, mouth still open, before giving an embarrassed grin. "Or, you know, we figure it out later and focus on the task at hand, yeah?" He clears his throat and pointedly focuses on the stream. "Any idea how far up you followed it before?"

Kelsey grinned as he started rattling off his list. His excitement was a little contagious and she was totally looking forward to the camping trip now, whenever it may be. "I like the enthusiasm." She gave him a little nudge. "We'll figure it out. I don't have a tent or anything anymore unfortunately. So we'll have to take a trip to the sporting good store sometime with that shopping list." Then nodded. "Like a mile or so maybe? Honestly not positive but it wasn't all that far up."

"We'll figure something out. Won't need to bring much on a short trip," Garrett says, containing his enthusiasm for the most part, but does return the little nudge with a grin. "Mile or so... Hmmm..." He loses himself in thought for a moment, trying to decide if that but of information helps. If it does, he doesn't say anything, instead giving a little shrug. "Guess we'll see what there is to see when we get further up," he states. "You said anymore. That mean you used to go camping and the like?" he asks.

"Sure did." Kelsey nodded as they started walking upstream. "North Dakota has some good camping spots. So did Vermont. Didn't go often, but it was fun. The times I did go." She glanced up towards the sky, thinking about it a moment and then looking back to him with another smile. "It'll be good to get out." He would be able to guesstimate the stream goes on for a little longer than a mile.

"Brilliant. We should be able to cover some decent ground, then, I'd think," Garrett says, looking pleased. "Never been to either state, but I could see both having good spots. Sounds nice." A brief pause. "Planning to bring Wishbone, I'd guess? Seems like he'd like a camping trip, and doesn't look like he'd slow us down any," he says with a little laugh.

"Vermont's gorgeous. You should get there some time if you have a chance." Kelsey nodded. Grinning over to Wishbone. "I think I might. He seems like he's very much an outdoorsy puppy. If not - Dante can get stuck dog sitting for a day." She mused. "I wonder if there's other ruins. Like maybe from older times. Even before the saw mill. Deeper in the forest." Speculating on it. "Maybe a real witch with a gingerbread house." Chuckling.

"I'll put it on the list," Garrett promises, smiling. "Dante?" he asks as they walk, curious. He slows just enough to bend over and run a hand through the stream, maybe feeling the current, maybe just being weird. The possibility of a gingerbread house gets an amused chuckle. "I'll add breadcrumbs to the packing list to leave a path back," he promises with a smile.

"He's a writer that's rolled into town. He's working on a myths and legends thing? I'm going to help him out a little on it." Kelsey offered, watching him. The current is steady, the water lukewarm. "He's one of the few people I've talked to in depth lately." Letting Wishbone sniff around near the water. He leans a little too close and his nose gets wet. Causing him to jump back in surprise and shake his head. Causing Kelsey to chuckle again. "Breadcrumbs - the best path marker. It's totally a fact."

"Didn't realize this town was so historically significant, have writers rolling through," Garrett says, seeming vaguely impressed. "Hope he's a dog person if he's going to have to keep up with that one," he adds with a nod and smile towards Wishbone. His demeanor turns serious (overly, comically so) at the mention of breadcrumbs, giving a sage nod. "They truly are. Unless it's raining. Or there's birds. Or the ground is damp." A pause. "Or it's dark. Or windy. You know, given further thought, I'm starting to think that Hansel and Gretel might not be entirely factual."

"There's lots of weird stuff that's gone on 'round here. But, uh, he's doing like the who PNW or something like that. He's pretty good. I've read some of his fiction series. Gonna check out the other books he's written for this non-fiction set he's doing. With the legends in places. He's from England too. So he started there I guess. And now he's made his way to the US." Kelsey smirked a touch. "Yeah, I probably should check. Just in case." Looking a little amused at the thought. Then laughed when he started listing off how breadcrumbs were, in fact, awful. "Man, that's disappointing. I thought it was supposed to be like 'Forest walking for Dummies'."

"Everyone keeps saying that and I'm still not sure if I should be disappointed or relieved about how, for the most part, the place has been.... well, boring." Garrett pauses. "Present company excluded, naturally," he adds with a smile. "Well, place isn't big, sure I'll cross paths with him eventually. And it is exactly that. Forest walking for dummies, in the sense that only a dummy would think breadcrumbs are good trail markers," he 'agrees', grinning. "Good thing you're not a dummy."

"...Be relieved." Kelsey decided finally. "Hang out with me at your own risk. Weird shit happens to me all the time it feels like." A wry little grin. "Good thing, yeah? And good thing you're not a dummy either." Laughing again. "We'll mark our way with brightly colored rocks instead." She winked. "So what're your thoughts on the stream so far?" Looking back towards the water curiously.

"Initial tentative assessment is that the company may be worth the potential weird." Garrett holds up a finger. "Opinion subject to change based on how weird things get, though," he 'warns' with a chuckle. The stream gets a look, then a shrug. "Definitely a stream. Very stream-like qualities. Probably mostly water." Garrett shakes his head. "Doesn't really look like it's changing much in size or current, so either we've got a ways to go yet, or it'll just be 'surprise, spring!'. All I've got for now. Sorry."

"Totally a fair assessment." Kelsey winked . "We'll see how it goes." Another look between him and the water before laughing. "Nah, don't be sorry. " Looking ahead. "Might have a ways to go. It's not like. The end of the world or anything if we don't find the answer." She paused and then laughed again. "At least, I hope it ain't. We can start heading back if you wanna. This place'll always be here, probably."

"Unless this stream is pouring through a rift into an alternate reality that's going to consume us in the next few hours unless we stop it," Garrett says matter-of-factly. "But, smart money's on probably not." He glances upwards. "We have been at it a bit, what with the creepy mill and the clearing break. Anything else worth seeing before starting the trek back? We can always call the stream our first camping hiking expedition," he suggests.

"If that's the case - it was nice knownin' ya Garrett." Kelsey grinned a bit and then nodded. "Yeah that works for me. I'm sure Wishbone here's ready for a nap too." Thinking a moment and giving a shake of her head. "Nah, nothing that can't be seen another day. During the camping, or well even if you come out here sometime during dark - well, the Fireflies are a pretty amazing sight." She offered, starting to lead them back towards civilization.

"We had a good run," Garrett says with a heavy sigh. "Best turn around, though, yeah. Hate to have the guilt of knowing the world was doomed and not being able to stop it. Ignorance is bliss if we turn back." Another grin, then a glance at Wishbone. "Yeah, guessing he's going to go from a hundred to dead stop soon as you get home," he ventures, then turns to follow back towards town. "This was fun. Thinking some water then a pint to top off the day's adventures," he muses, half to himself.

"This was fun." Kelsey nodded. "You're the first person I've gone on a nature walk thing with here. I've been something of an antisocial hermit until recently." She admitted with a laugh. "I hope he does because I'm gonna shower and then veg out and play League or something. Maybe watch Ghost Adventures." She pushed a hand through her hair. "I'll have a drink with you in spirit." It doesn't take them too terribly long to get back to Number 7 on Elm Street - since she has no idea where he lives. Giving Garrett another smile as they stop in the small front yard. "Get home safe yeah? And. Oh. Here." She digs her phone out of her pocket and hands it to him. "Put your digits in. I'll text you or something so you can call me whenever you wanna go supply shopping. Instead of having to come all the way over here and knock."

"Have you?" Garrett looks a bit surprised at the previously antisocial behavior, then offers a bright smile. "Well, I'm flattered, then." He nods his agreement at the drink in spirit. "Yeah, I'm in no fit state for company right now anyways, I'm still living out of boxes for the most part," he admits. And then a phone is being offered, which he does not hesitate to take and add his information to. And then snaps a smiling selfie to add as the contact picture, just for good measure. "It was a pleasure, Kelsey, and I look forward to next time. Have a good night," he says with another bright smile, handing the phone back before heading on down the road towards his own resident e, throwing one last wave over his shoulder as he departs.
