(TXT to Patrick) Anne : Are you talking about ecstasy again? Look, that was a long time ago. I'm not really that kind of person anymore.

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : Go on? You were THERE.

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : It's not Ecstasy. Next guess?

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : Pills then? Did you raid an old lady's medicine cabinet? :stern_emoji:

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : Good to know where your head is at, though. Thank you.

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : Think of it as a compliment. Like, 'I never know what to expect with you!' Also that looks like regular Halloween candy.

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : I respectfully disagree. You know what to expect with me.

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : Eat some. See what happens.

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : Did you turn into a giant white rabbit when I wasn't looking? Are you late for a very important date? 'Eat it and see what happens' isn't exactly comforting.

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : Was I trying to be comforting?

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : I suppose you're right. That I always know what to expect with you.

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : I might have some free time this week to experiment with your 'magic candy'. In public.

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : Oh, yes. Let's experiment in public.

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : I'm going to take that as enthusiasm rather than sarcasm. Does {random weekday at random time) work for you?

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : Yes. I will see you on the front steps of City Hall.

(TXT to Patrick) Anne : Sounds like a plan. (several minutes later, a calendar invite pops up, because Anne's that kind of person)

(TXT to Anne) Patrick : [eventually, she gets the 'Patrick Addington accepted your invitation' reply, but not tonight, because Patrick's that kind of person]
