(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : You are still a dick from the other night, but I know how you can make it up to me.
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : If it involves jumping out of a cake the answer's no
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Also I'm sorry. I was kind of a dick.
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : Thanks for being sorry. I think I want you to give me a job.
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : A what?
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : A job. Where I do something and someone pays me for it.
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : I'm aware of what a job is. what kind of job do you think I could possibly give you?
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : I was thinking about vice. I was thinking about what police trauma is. I think you need a police psychologist. Maybe even help with profiling.
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : The department has an on staff psychologist. She does good work. Why should I hire you?
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : Because I have a masters in clinical psychology and an ability to understand areas of gray. Who's the staff psychologist?
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Not that it's really your business, but her name's Olivia Kincaid. look, you're welcome to apply. but I'm not promising anything.
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : Who do I apply to? Send me links. Also if the CoP (Chief of Police) is a reference, it could help.
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Sure, I'll rustle up some paperwork for you if you like. we usually contract the position out, so you'd be going through an external agency in that case. If you're interested in working for the GHPD direct, you'd be reporting to me, I hate to say it.
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : I figure it might be better than a straight psychologist. Use my knowledge of less than savory.
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : not sure what you mean by a straight psychologist. The department staffs a criminal and a forensic psychologist. Which one is it you're interested in?
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : I was thinking more a forensic psychologist, but perhaps when I get there I will decide I want to shift as things are presented. Yes? What are the openings?
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : There aren't any. I don't advertise positions like that. I see someone who fits, I might hire them.
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : So you are going to interview me then?
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Let's start with your resume and background check and go from there, yeah?
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : Sure. I'm clean on all those.
<He will receive all the info in his email Her degree is from UCLA>
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : <Email of her resume and degree from UCLA>
(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Then I guess we'll see.
(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : Okay. Good talk.
