(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Also I'm sorry. I was kind of a dick.

(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : I was thinking about vice. I was thinking about what police trauma is. I think you need a police psychologist. Maybe even help with profiling.

(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : The department has an on staff psychologist. She does good work. Why should I hire you?

(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : Because I have a masters in clinical psychology and an ability to understand areas of gray. Who's the staff psychologist?

(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Not that it's really your business, but her name's Olivia Kincaid. look, you're welcome to apply. but I'm not promising anything.

(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : Sure, I'll rustle up some paperwork for you if you like. we usually contract the position out, so you'd be going through an external agency in that case. If you're interested in working for the GHPD direct, you'd be reporting to me, I hate to say it.

(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : I figure it might be better than a straight psychologist. Use my knowledge of less than savory.

(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : not sure what you mean by a straight psychologist. The department staffs a criminal and a forensic psychologist. Which one is it you're interested in?

(TXT to Ruiz) Gabriella : I was thinking more a forensic psychologist, but perhaps when I get there I will decide I want to shift as things are presented. Yes? What are the openings?

(TXT to Gabriella) Ruiz : There aren't any. I don't advertise positions like that. I see someone who fits, I might hire them.
