When a woman you've never met before suddenly goes into labor, what are you going to do? Just leave her and trust it's all going to work out? Or do you help. I thought I would just be there to hold her hand and take her to the hospital but it wound up being far more intense than I expected... In the end I wound up with a new home and a new family. Maybe something more?
I have to admit I do not know her as well as I know the other members of the household, I really need to change that. Despite this, like anybody else here, I would do anything for them.
He's a sweet guy that means well, even if he can be a little strange at times. Still he welcomed me into his home and I've been hard at work making sure they can have their rest by watching the kids as often as I can.
Not my blood but I was there when she was born, and I love her as fiercely as my own. Could've been named after me if the names weren't decided already, I'll just have to settle for sharing the letter M.
Maya's missing roommate, best childhood friend, and girlfriend. Maya used to be secretive about their romantic relationship but has gotten more open about it in recent years. Maya has accepted that she's probably never going to find her, but has resolved to never give up, even on the face of all of that.
Missing Person- Maya is obsessed with finding a missing person, and will stop at nothing to find her.
College Student - Though her education is on pause, she's still intending on finishing her education, once she's managed to find Rachel and escape from this place.
Waitress - She's probably served you at some point if you've eaten out. Polite and professional, though there's a chance she's also tried to glimmer a better tip out of you.
Glimmer - She glimmers, though she's still new to her abilities, she doesn't really want all the baggage that comes with her talents, but trouble seems to find its way to her.
A young woman of a slight build, of an average height, with dirty blonde hair cut to chin length and often left to hang loose around her head, held back by barrettes or clips. Freckles are clearly visible on her cheeks and the fretful worried expression alternating deftly into a dimpled smile. When she's not dressed in her waiting uniform, she's wearing faded skinny jeans and a t-shirt with a hoodie or coat pulled on top of that in cooler months.
