(TXT to August) Alexander: Isabella is staying with me for a bit. Peregrine turned her boat into a null zone and left a flower in her bedroom.
(TXT to Alexander) August: ...jesus. okay, so obviously he wants us coming after him. is the flower readable, or did he scrub it?
(TXT to August) Alexander: You might want to make sure your friend is out of town for a few days. He might view killing another of the wedding participants as a nice gift.
(TXT to Alexander) August: maria? christ, Alexander, I doubt that'll fly until after the funeral.
(TXT to Alexander) August: is that a 'I already read the flower'
(TXT to August) Alexander: But if he knows she's pregnant, and that's a source of hope and joy in this dark time for her...

(TXT to August) Alexander: Isabella agreed to go out drinking with Bennie and friends. Girls night out or something. I'm not picking her up until after, and before that Thorne took her to his place. He read the flower, but didn't find anything useful that he shared.
(TXT to Alexander) August: why does her going out drinking keep you from reading it.
(TXT to August) Alexander: Because the flower is with her things, August, which I have not yet picked up.
(TXT to Alexander) August: alright. you want anyone there when you do it? in case he's crocked it somehow.
(TXT to Alexander) August: as far as Maria goes I can try but honestly there's not much I can do if she's not open to a general suggestion. she's not gonna listen to much until he's buried. they're catholic it's a thing for them.
