The date with Jessica would up being total bliss, but unfortunately, it wound up leaving the gallery owner with some messes to clean up. The last thing she wants is to have a gallery smell of cat smells, even if Thewlis was kind enough to fix the automatic litter cleaner. There's still stuff to put up, things to dust off, and other items to organize. "Good thing I have no weekend classes this weekend." she says as she wipes her forehead. Hans pads around bit a bit but just gives a huge doggie belch in response to all the good steak he ate. Hera rolls her eyes and chuckles, "Apparently you approve but, back to dog food it is. It's better for your digestion." Then, lo and behold, there's a stack of invoices to go through. "Oh great." she mummurs, "More things to itemize. Some of these cases of wine, they're getting too expensive. We have to do something about that I'm afraid. Can't let all the money fly out the window."

The pets care nothing about money. Hans just wants food and Queso just wants things to brush up against. Yes, it's a peaceful day at the gallery.

Kim slips into the gallery as she is want to do. A visit with a friend is just the thing to help get things back to the way they should be. Plus Hera and the animals don't glow which hey a plus. Her hair up in pigtails today and just her normal black jeans and shirt. Some dark circles under her eyes, she probably didn't sleep well. Giving a wave to Hera "Hi." stopping to pet the kitty before heading over to Hera "So you have to the date go? Did you end up staying over? Come on I want the dets."

Hera grins as she sees her friend come in. Naturally, she offers her a hug and then steps back a bit. "Oh it was wonderful, truly truly wonderful. She even likes Hans, that's obviously important. I don't think she's met Queso though but, she's just incredible. I need to talk to Eve about some arrangements and all but, come on in, let me fix you some coffee, and I need to talk to you about the painting class you want to setup."

Kim does accept the hug, hugging a lot harder than she usually does. Nothing painful. "That's great. Well Hans can be a bit much sometimes, but hey if she likes him then awesome. Hearing you talk about her just brings a smile to my face." Kim does indeed smile. "Ahh exactly would you mind if I had a bit of wine? Right the painting class. Yeah sure we need to make not just idea but actually happen." this is soothing her frayed nerves and she needs that so badly.

Hera watches her friend for a moment and frowns. "Ok, do you want the strong wine or the not so strong wine?" she asks, "Sometimes if you need it, the stronger wine is better, much much better. I will leave that to you though. But yes, this would be a good time to talk about it. I would really love to plan your class and advertise it. See what word of mouth does around here."

"Strong wine please." Kim answers immediately "It's been a eh...rough time." noting the frown "Just a lot on my mind. So I was thinking it should be beginner level and maybe on Saturdays or Sundays? Usually I don't have work on those days. Maybe every other week? Eh you know what once a month to start and see if it takes off. I can supply paints and such. Not really sure I have enough canvas. Think maybe you could sell them or get a deal with a local art store?" she throws out some of the ideas she had for the class.

Hera nods and goes off to get some of the bottles that have 15% at minimum. Yeah, this is the stronger wine. "I apologize if I am being a bit too bold but yes, you don't seem too, calm. What's going on?" She's obviously Miss Oblivious now, "And the weekend, that is perfectly fine. Don't worry about the supplies ok? What's going on though? You seem a bit....tense?"

Kim looks around for a glass as Hera brings back the bottles. The question brings a heavy sigh "A few things. I mean there's Mac." even the name brightens her face "She's just amazing. I actually got to be on stream and things...are a little. I don't even really know what to say about it. I shouldn't get tripped up on somethings. Just enjoy the time I have with her." then there is the other thing and voice in her head Leon warned her about talking about it with Hera. "Just stuff...I don't know I feel weird. And then I finally feel like I am complete." the answer is vague and she really wants to talk about it. If she made Hera freak out about it too she'd feel awful.

Hera comes back around and has a few glasses. She puts the glasses in front of her and goes to filling them. "I'm glad you found someone to spend time with. I still feel bad about not apologizing to her, I really do. I guess she doesn't feel that bad about it." Hera, probably overreating a bit, "And that's it, just enjoy the time with her." She frowns a little when she pours the wine for them, "Define, wierd. It's ok, I won't judge you."

Once the glass if filled Kim reaches and takes a big drink from it. "Yeah I am too. I really like her a lot, a lot. I don't think she took it badly she only seemed to worry about if you got home okay. So don't worry about it." she gives a nod "I am enjoying the time. Just sometimes I hate being right. Not that it's a bad thing you just can hope you are wrong." oh and then inquiring more about the /other/ stuff. "Like I think I'm going crazy weird. One moment everything is normal and then bam things change. I am seeing things Hera. Truly I think I'm losing my mind."

Hera looks like she's going to give her some relationship advice, but when her friend says she's going crazy she looks a little concerned. "Ok" She says and puts her hand on her shoulder, "Whatever it is, we will figure it out, ok? I won't let you go through this alone. So, let's take this step by step. You are seeing things change. Explain that. Things change and it's often a natural process to things. How is this different?"

Kim sets the glass down. Reaching up to give the hand on her shoulder a squeeze in thanks. "Alright. The voice in my head said not to talk you about it." yeah that sounds good doesn't it? "I trust you though and I don't want to freak or worse look down on me. Thanks for being there for me. Not this change some people are like glowing. Fucking glowing Hera. It isn't everyone only a few people really. And I think I see things, and I do mean things, out of the corner of eye. When I try to look them there is nothing there. That could just be my mind playing tricks on me. Since I've never gotten a good look." that is likely since she's been so stressed.

<FS3> Kim rolls Physical: Success (8 2 1) (Rolled by: Kim)

Hera blinks a moment and reaches for a text message. After she sends off a text she looks back to her friend, "Why in the world wouuld I look down on you? You're a very intelligent and capable person." But, at the mention of glowing she tries not to gasp. For now, she manages to maintain her composure and asks, "When was the last time you got your eyes checked?"

Kim may try to get a glimpse at the phone and text message. Not trying to intrude too much but she's just curious if it was from Hera's special friend. She shakes her head "There is a difference between being a little off and then full on crazy." reaching up to tap her against her chin as she thinks about the last time she had a exam. Three months maybe, boy she thinks she could use more of the wine. Her half full glass just floats up to near mouth and stays there. She is clearly not touching the glass. It is just there as Kim stares wide eyed in surprise. She knows she did, she just has no idea how.

Hera smiles a little and tells her, "Yeah, I won't argue that, I definitely won't argue that." Heaven knows a time or two she's had her own battle with sanity. But she didn't know that this might well test it. The glass....it moves by itself? Holy shit. She just sits there and stares, "Wha....what?!" she yelps. "What the hell? This...this can't be real. I don't have ghosts in here!" She trembles for a while and wraps her arms around herself, not quite knowing what to do.

The glass is still just floating as Kim stares at it. Hera is obviously dealing with this the same way she did yesterday, not so great. She stands up and goes over to Hera hugging her. "It's okay Hera. It isn't ghosts and I guess you can see it as well. I think I did that." she says quickly and now that her attention is off of glass, as well her not being able it see it anymore. It just falls unto the table shattering. She can't think about the mess now she has her artist friend to comfort. "It will be fine Hera. I promise."

Hera is the one who is panicked now. Before, she was the one offering comfort to her friend. Now, she's the one who may need therapy. "What do you MEAN this isn't because of ghosts?! What do you mean by that? It's it's...got to be ghosts, there's no other explanation. Things don't just go up floating by themselves!" But at the mention of Kim doing this she just freezes and offers a strange stare, "What, what did you mean....you...did....that?" She simply can't believe it. Things like that don't just happen.

<FS3> Kim rolls Composure: Good Success (8 7 7 7 5 3 1) (Rolled by: Kim)

Kim when she puts her mind to it is perfectly capable of keeping herself calm. Just continuing the comforting hug and talking calmly "As far I know there are no such things as ghosts. It wasn't anything other than me. Yeah up until yesterday I didn't believe things like happened. I didn't do it on purpose I swear." she takes the stare in strive, she knows how crazy this all is. "You don't have to believe it. Maybe it didn't happen just me being clumsy. I..." now she knows why the Leon voice said not to say anything. "Maybe a loose thread on my shirt caught on the glass. So it only looked like it floated." it's a lame, but rational lie and she hates having to lie to a friend. "I moved and it break the thread so it fell. I'm sorry for being so clumsy."

<FS3> Hera rolls Wits+Composure: Failure (5 5 4 3 1) (Rolled by: Hera)

Loosing it? Yup yup, she's loosing it. She is now convinced that the glass did rise and it's probably ghosts or, maybe Kim is an alien. "No no no no no." she says, "I saw that, I REALLY saw that!" She wiggles away from any compassion that Kim gives and there just appears to be a strange, stark raving look on her face, "Get away ghosts!" she shrieks, "Away away!" She then gets a broom and starts waving it above her head in the air. Yup, nothing to see here, just a crazy redhead. The air is being violated and Hans just gets to barking. His alpha is going nuts so, sound the alarm!

Kim does try too hard to keep Hera where she is. She probably couldn't anyway. She backs up as the other woman really and truly flips out. Okay Hera thinks it's a ghost, well if 'ghost' leaves then maybe it will help. She extends her hand towards the door and nothing happens. When she did it on purpose last time that worked. It doesn't seem to now...damnit Kim think. "I am sure you really did see something." the dog barking and Hera just waving the broom in the air "I think a ghost would have run by now." she says softly as she slowly approaches Hera "I am sure did it. You don't want to make Hans too upset right?

<FS3> Hera rolls Reflexes+Athletics: Success (8 5 1) (Rolled by: Hera)

Arriving at the unusual moment.. perhaps typical for Devlin, he enters the gallery still in his paramedic's uniform. "Hey how are things..." his voice cuts short as he catches what is clearly one of those huh moments. "Bad time?" is about what he can manage currently as he tries to make sense of what he is seeing (or not seeing?).

Hera only lets the craziness take hold of her a bit more. "No no it didn't!" she shrieks, "Hans! We are going to be Ghost Hunters! Go, go find the ghost! Go go!" The dog just barks and jumps up and down. "Sniff the glass boy, go on, sniff the glass." He pads over and tries to get a scent of something, but the only thing he smells is a bit of Kim's scent and bits and pieces of glass on the floor. Then, it looks like she's about to trip on something but she avoids hitting one of the end tables not too far from where she is spinning. "Ghost cousin!" she says, "A ghost is throwing these wine glasses around and dropping them! I don't have insurance that covers poltergeists!"

Kim turns her head as Devlin enters, is that another glowing person? No, no, no not now no more hallucinations! She closes her eyes briefly, yep that will work for sure. She opens them and it's still there around the man. "Oh yeah we are trying running into a little trouble." she says in response to the question of a bad time. There is still the more immediate issue of Hera "Maybe the ghost did Hera. It isn't anymore though. Wouldn't the ghost still moving things and...the air growing colder. Those things aren't happening right?" again inching closer incase it looks like Hera is going to hurt herself, which she almost did. Kim feels so awful about this. "So it has to be gone. Nothing else is going on." trying to be the calm voice of semi-reason.

"Ghost huh? So don't say ghost to the insurance people.. someone knocked it over." Devlin moves further into the gallery, and tries to be reassuring "How about we put the broom down, ok?"

Hera is still not right in the head. Something in her apparently snapped. She still holds onto the broom and says, "No! No no no! Hans and I need to make sure the upstairs area is free of ghosts. Come on Hans, let's go upstairs." He wufffs and understands upstairs and then away she goes, yelling at her cousin, "Check Kim out! She's not seeing things right!" Well, that's the pot calling the kettel black.

Kim gives a heavy sigh as Hera runs upstairs likely to try to sweep away the /ghost/ upstairs. Her face flushes a nearly violet shade of red. Still Hera said this man was her cousin. She turns to face him "Hi yeah there was a little issue here. And really it was just piece of loose cloth that got catch on the glass. Hera sort of freaked out." if the excuse didn't work the first time, well second time is the charm. "Ah I'm Kim by the way. I should clean up the mess." at least now she knows where things are in the gallery.

Devlin hmms and nods, hard to say if he bought it. "Devlin. More of a second cousin for accuracy." He walks over to where the brooms and dust pans are. "Yeah.. she'll appreciate this once she gets through her freak out. Ghosts and Goblins?" He looks to the stairs, "Better to let this work it self out for a bit. May be I'll check on her later. So I take it your the Kim she texted me about? Seeing things?"

Kim goes to get some paper towels and some cleaning supplies as she speaks "I am sure she will. Appreciate it that is later. I am absolutely positive that it wasn't any sort of ghost or anything." she knows exactly what caused all of this. So stupid of her and worse it was on accident. "It's good to meet her family though. She doesn't really talk about them. Yep I am that Kim." oh great is she going to freak out another person "Seeing things? I think Hera was right I just need to get my eyes checked out. It's silly really now that I think about it's less of a glow than just blurry. I probably just need new glasses." wait she didn't mention first it was a glow. "I mean I thought I was seeing things. Now it's pretty clear I wasn't."

As is his usual daily occurrence, muscles on muscles trots on by with expressive deterrence.
Despite the gentle flurries being carried by light wind, he moves quickly, perhaps the incentive to get to his destination briskly.
There's no banging on windows, no butt print on glass -- rhyming words between store owners has stowed his tight ass.
Instead, at the last window, a hairless-knuckle gesture -- while the giant dashes fore a snowy white vesture.
In gym clothes and long shorts he raised up a hand -- and Everett wishes all those inside well without a bandstand.

Devlin nods, "A glow you say?" He starts sweeping things up. "Heard stories about that.. What happened? From what you saw?" He looks over to the window seeing Everet and just chuckles as he nods to the man outside. "I swear.. that man is hung up on my cousin... if he isn't.. something weird is up."

Curse it all, it doesn't look like Devlin is buying any of it. Kim goes about cleaning the actual table with the spilled wine. "I told you what happened from what I saw. You won't believe me anyway...wait you've heard stories about seeing glows? What sort of stories?" then the daily visitor, great this day couldn't get any worse. Then he just has his hand up, she is not sure what to make of him at all. "I know every time I've come in he has harassed her. Once literally." oh a distraction topic.

<FS3> Devlin rolls Physical: Success (6 3 2 1) (Rolled by: Devlin)

Devlin nods as he sweeps up glass. "Oh I know a few things.." He smiles a bit as he misses a thumb sized piece of glass and it then suddenly hops into the dust pan. "Now I didn't know about the other activity by that guy. He may be playing with Napalm there... and hasn't a clue."

Kim is scrubbing up the table and hoping the wine doesn't stain the finish too badly. Looking over as Devlin claims to know a few things. Did she just catch the glass hop in? She thinks maybe she did. Her eyes darting between the piece of glass and the man. "Did you do that? If so how?" okay maybe he will believe her looking around quickly just to make sure there isn't anyone else here "I think I did it. I was thinking about wanting to take another drink and it rose up on it's own. I didn't mean too and somehow I knew it me that made it happen." on the other point "I can picture her telling him off. I can't picture her doing anything more than that. If was getting too annoying for Hera I was thinking of dealing with him myself." what the tiny woman or how she would make massive man do so is anyone's guess.

Devlin nods, "Yes. That was me. Though sadly my best bud in strange, Rod Serling isn't around to explain it in his rather interesting way. I am not the best source for such. Still figuring out the strange for myself." He takes breath as he dumps the glass into a waste can. "It has been an interesting time for me"

Kim pauses from her cleaning as her phone buzzes. She takes it out to check her texts and fires a quick one text off. She looks a bit disappointed that Devlin can't offer answers. But it couldn't be that easy for her, no. "So others can do it too. That's at least more than I knew before. I wasn't even sure it was real. I'm still not, but it is very strange. I mean things like this shouldn't happen, right?" she shrugs "Interesting times can go so many different ways. I just wish I could go back to the way things were before."

"Kind of feel that way about what I learned about myself in Iraq and Afghanistan. Did 4 tours as a medic." Devlin shares. "I do know a place with people that do know and understand. Plus be aware, this ability carries a price. Some rather some group that gets refered to as the Dark Men like to make people like us suffer.. it's like a nice meal to them. So use the abilities to much.. it attracts their attention.

"That must have been terrible. I can't imagine how that must been." Kim like most haven't been in that sort of hell "I am sure you saw all sorts of weird stuff over there. What place I really want to know more. Huh these Dark Men eat people like us?" okay she's getting close to panic mood again. "Like devoured and eaten whole if I do whatever the hell this is. That is...I've only done it twice and mostly on accident. Do you think they are looking for me?"

Devlin says, "Nothing to panic over.. they dine on the suffering part. Those negative feelings as I understand it. But they have done other things.. not that anyone has gone into detail for me." He takes a breath, "So, just be alert.. and aware for now. Don't use your ability like a kid with a new toy at Christmas time. Wish I could share more."

Kim takes a deep breath as Devlin explains more "Okay so it's not like a being eaten alive Jaws style thing. Dining on suffering doesn't sound too bad in comparison." giving a nod at the warning "Alert I can do. I really wasn't planning on using this much. I don't even know how to. It's okay you have told me more than I knew before. Which is nothing someone has offered some help, I just am a little lost and on edge. Anything I learn I can share with you as well."

A nod of his head, "I would appreciate that. I can also get you in touch with some folks that people see as a bit odd, that may be able to help you learn. I know the learning curve is a slow one.. I get it. They are the experienced Veterans.. and I'm just a newb.." He doesn't look pleased admitting that fact, but it is a fact still.

"I will then." Kim gets her phone out of her pocket "We should exchange numbers then. I'll let you know about what I find out and you can pass my number along to those people. I am used to odd people being more a little odd myself. Now I guess I'm really odd." looking at him with admits this and having more than touch of sympathy for the feeling, she tentatively reaches up to try to pat the much taller man's shoulder in act meant to be comforting. "We all have to start somewhere. I'm a bit of overachiever so when I can't do something well it bugs until I can. I am positive we can help each other get better."

Devlin exchanges numbers with you. "Thanks.. good thing is that I am damn good at getting people evaced when they are seriously screwed up. And some times to crazy for my own good taking care of my patients." He pauses, "And sorry.. to much me there. Kim, what is it you do for a day job?"

Kim listens to what he has to say. "I would say that's a good thing. You help people and it gets hard I am sure. All of it shows that you care and what is wrong about that." she ohs "No you are fine. I'm a pretty listener and decent talker. So if you need help in other ways my ear is always open. Yeah my official title is Digital security manager. I basically make sure computer networks are secure. My company doesn't have a office here but I'm doing field work for at least a few months in town."

Devlin nods, "I swear digital security makes the guys in S2 twitch in rather amusing ways these days.." He chuckles a bit, "So your the one that hopefully gives them a reason to twitch less?" something about his smile hints he likes seeing them nervous. "I will admit, always had a fear of some day a voice coming from my de--fib equipment demanding my bank account password or the patient won't get the right shock.."

Step step step step, that's heard and it's followed with a turn of a knob. A door opens and out comes Hera, Hans at her side. "Well" she says, "I didn't find a ghost. I found dust, a lot of dust to clean up, but no ghost." Devlin and Kim are still here so she's happy about that. "I think I will avoid getting a glass of wine though. Ghosts don't seem to like wine. How about, coffee?"

Kim laughs "I'm one of the ones who does make them twitch a lot less. I can't talk clients, huge NDA and all. My work has done big government work and they are a lot less vulnerable then before. Thanks to Ms Nakamura." humble about her computer skill no she isn't. "Sadly I can't patch human nature so no system is perfect. Nah your de-fib is safe, not high tech enough. Most equipment is doesn't have the ability to be controlled like that. Yet!" she jokes. Hera come down and is looking less crazed "Coffee would be great. I'll make some." not giving Hera much of a option as she moves to make some fresh stuff.

Devlin chuckles, "Damn.. that spoils the fun. Nervous S2 guys do their jobs better." He shrugs and then looks up as Hera comes down, "Yeah.. we danced to the Ghostbuster's song a few times.. seems to work." Perhaps teasing there. "Glad all is quiet for the apartment front Hera. You ok?"

Hera comes closer to the two and says, "Yeah, I guess Kim is right, the ghosts were chased away is, she ok though?" she asks, "She said something about people glowing and all. It wouldn't hurt for her to get her eyes checked, or, what do you think?" Devlin is the medical professional after all.

Kim starts the coffee and comes back to the others "Like I said can't patch or reprogram human behavior. I'm sure they still have ton to worry about." going to plop down on a chair. It's been a day and she'll let Devlin field this. Her ability to just make stuff up seems to be pretty lacking lately.

Devlin says, "You know the lighting out here Hera.. could have been someone setting up a new display and one of their spots catching things at a weird angle. Don't think we have a problem here."

Hera scratches Hans behind the ears and continues to move over to them, "Oh good. You know what you're talking about then. I don't know much about medicine. I guess I know enough to call for help, likely not more than that." She looks down at her stomach and asks, "Is anyone hungry by any chance? I haven't been eating much lately."

Kim nods to Devlin's answer, seems good to her. "Guess you were right after all Hera. Just a issue with my eyes." good subject closed and she is going to try not to think too hard about coffee so there wouldn't be a repeat hopefully. "I can go for something to eat. What were you thinking? Or rather what places are good around here?"

Devlin says, "You know me.. always up for good food, Hera." He hmms, "would like to change into something less.. official before getting something to eat."

Hera licks her lips a bit at the mention of food and looks for her cellphone, "Well, this is a bit off topic but, how about some pizza? I'll buy. It'll be my celebratory thing for my favorite cousin and for one of my favorite artists to get to meet." She waggles her brows toward Devlin and says, "Don't worry, I'm not trying to set you up but, I'm glad you two are visiting. There's still more people I want the both of you to see oh, and cousin, she's going to do a painting class here. I'm really excited about it."

Kim considers the option and you know it does sound good. "Pizza sounds pretty good. I'll chip in though it will be a good way to also celebrate your good date." she shakes her head and sticks her tongue out at Hera "We already exchanged numbers. Though set-up probably isn't going to work out." she teases "Seriously it's good to meet your family. I've never heard you talk about them. You know more people we should meet. You must be like the most social person in town." she blushes "Just a beginner's class and we'll see if people come."

"Just let me dash out to the Rubicon and change. Pie sounds good.. I can grab some two liters.. " Devlin smiles a bit, "My art... is limited to helping get a person to the ER... best art out there to me.."

Three hours and change since the brute had passed by the gallery window.
A dark V paints the front of his tee shirt, to his forehead several of his long, raven black strains cling, the rest free-form bouncing like a bimbo.
The earlier day flurries have settled down, and in their wake, the giant keeps his head down, to leave his feet falling in other people's steps.
Passing the first window as before, his large hand rises, a single dismissive wave given, a gargantuan flex of his bicep.
His attention hasn't even drifted from jogging home in the snow.
Everett plowing through to his way home like an enraged water buffalo.

Hera grins and begins to place the pizza order, "Ok" she says, "At least three medium sized pizzas and, the app will soon have it delivered. I do love how these smartphones work, really classy stuff." But then Mr. Muscle goes buffalo style. She rolls her eyes and says, "My windows, attracting strange people since, going up to be open to the world. And here I thought the art was the reason people stopped by."

Just in time to catch them for food it would seem, as Grace peers inside the gallery. The weather, while typical, isn't too bad today. Wearing a winter jacket and a warm knitted beanie. "Hello?" Offered to those inside. Either missing the giant when he jogged by, or not wanting to disturb him for the time being. Focusing on those actually in the gallery. No dog with her today it seems.

Dashing out to get changed, Devlin says over his shoulder, "Text me for other stuff besides the usual coke and diet coke.. "

Kim snickers a little at Hera's comment "You can really do so much with smartphones. All the delivery apps are great too. Really I don't think I can survive without them." her eyes glance at the window when Everett runs by, twice in one day and behind on the glass. Yeah he's just really strange "You know Hera I could help out. Though he seems to have cooled things somewhat. Could be the weather." she looks up as Grace enters her eyes going wide, nope just focus on the normal. Since the last time they hung out, Kim has that special glow or shimmer to her that she didn't before. She does wave to Grace "Hey there. I talked to my friend and she still knows the promoter and will ask for me. So good news."

Hera frowns a little as her cousin seems to get pulled away. But, she doesn't get upset and doesn't take it personal. "Always something to rush off to in the medical field. It's a good thing he's a part of it though." But when one leaves another enters and she offers a smile at Grace, "Hi! It's good to see you. We were just ordering pizza. Come in! Have you met my friend Kim?" Then again a bit of an obvious question, "Where is Winston?"

Grace beams at Kim, perhaps noticing that glow, but her words on the promoter still has her running over to give Kim a hug before mumbling an apology and stepping back. Moving to give Hera a hug in greeting as well. "How are you both?" Nodding about Kim, snickering a bit. "We met briefly at the winterfest." She reminds Hera. "Winston is keeping Faith company today. She needed some cuddling."

Hera accepts the hug and then sits back to wait on the pizza, "Ah yes, I remember that. Well, we will have to have a play date for the two sometime soon. He misses his little baby. He's such a sweet pup, both of them."

"He seems to take it very seriously. Which is great he is helping people." Kim gives a little giggle to Hera "You must still have your head in the clouds. You introduced...yeah right before winterfest." shouldn't be a touch question for how she is doing though it is. "Good enough. Just need to catch up on my sleep I think."

Grace nods and smiles to Hera. Giving Hans a scratch, "Your buddy will come by next time." She assures the solo dog. "How about Queso?" Looking around some, a bit amused. Grinning at Kim and nodding, "To be fair, she had been drinking a lot before." She teases, but nudges Hera to assure her that she is just teasing. A soft smile to Kim, and a nod. "I hope you do get some more sleep soon then. What has kept you up? Work?"

Hera yawns before the pizza even gets there and rubs her eye, "Oh boy." She says, "Seems I need more sleep than food. I'm going to head back upstairs, please, make yourself at home, ok? Enjoy. Mi Casa Su Casa."

Kim waves to Hera before she heads up "Get some good rest." shaking her head and looking back to Grace "Yeah Hera does like her wine. Nothing wrong with that though and her mind was probably all caught up in who she meet there. It's so cute that she's so head over heels with Rebecca. So great to see her happy. Me too. Mostly work just keeping so busy with the project and then I don't even notice how much time has gone by. I do plan to drink a lot and pass out tonight so that's like sleep." she says and gives a small laugh.

Grace waves to Hera as well, "Take care, and sweet dreams." Shaking her head at Kim's words, "Not at all, I usually join her for wine so..." Shrugging. A smile though, nodding about Hera. "It's nice that she is happy." Grinning at Kim, "Oh? Want company drinking then?"

"Hey it's all good." Kim doesn't want to make it seem like she looking down on either of them. "She deserves it. Her ex sounded like a real ass and left her in a really bad place." she rubs her neck "I don't mind company no. Just when I drink I get flirty and I'm sorta with someone...a little at least I think it's complex. So just fair forewarning."

Grace smiles and nods. "Yeah, glad that things seem better this time around. Hopefully." She offers in turn. Raising a brow at her words. "Noted. I will try not to jump at you at all the flirting. And I think I'm in similar situation." Shrugging a bit. Looking around for somewhere to sit, if they are sitting here, seemingly waiting for pizza as well after all.

Kim laughs a bit "Look I wasn't saying you would. Just it's something I know about myself is all and with a cute girl like you I probably couldn't help myself. So I just meant it as compliment not as anything bad and you can just say shut up Kim now before I just stick my whole foot in my mouth." yep way to go. "Oh so you get it? The similar situation that is." they were indeed sitting at the table and the pizza was ordered awhile ago. So should be anytime.

Grace does blush a bit, perhaps caught off guard. "Ah, thanks. But good to know. I am sure we can manage." She says and smiles. "And I do want to drink and relax some. Was going to ask Hera, but she was quite tired today." Nodding about getting it. Grinning though about her shutting up, "You're fine, promise." Perhaps looking for something to drink then. If able to.
