2020-12-26 - It's a New Year At Least

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : It's a New Year. But I don't know if it's a Happy one yet. Did you stick around long after the countdown. (Isolde herself had slipped out after her dance with Joseph.)

(TXT to Isolde) No. Isabella and I went home. Are you okay?

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : I feel like an idiot. But I'm okay. It could have gone worse.

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : You asked Itzhak to dance. Why?

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : I don't know. I wanted to talk to him. Talking is better in person. I should have known better.

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : I asked Joseph to tell him I was sorry.

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : isolde=Sometimes you have to do what you have to do, even if it doesn't work out. I think he might be more okay with being approached not at a big social events. Big social events are hard.

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : That's true. And again, I should have known better and just let him be for now. Do you know why Ruiz was mad?

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : Maybe. But it's not you. I'm certain it's not you. I think he likes you.

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : Not in a creepy way. Just in the regular way of not hating you.

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : I hope it wasn't me. I also hope everything is okay. Or will be okay.

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : It wasn't you. 🙂 You are a good thing. And I don't know if things will be okay. But if they aren't, that's my fault. And I'll live with that.

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : You are a good thing too Alexander. It isn't your fault either, I'm sure. Not the thing of tonight.

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : Also let me know when you want to go to Seattle. If you decide you want to go.

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : I'm not a good thing. But yes. We'll go to Seattle soon. Next few days? I don't know how long I have this car for.

(TXT to Alexander) Isolde : We will agree to disagree. The next few days should be fine! I am on break right now with school and I can take a little time off at the bar.

(TXT to Isolde) Alexander : Good. It'll be fun. 🙂 We'll make a quick day trip of it, and even if Seth has abandoned us to enjoy Miss Grey's company, I'll try not to crash the car. And we can go to the Museum of Pop Culture.
