- Cops Daughter: Detective Andy Johnson is her father, a former detective with a good reputation in Gray Harbor.
- Police Officer: Underwater Search Unit, Patrol Officer.
- Swimming Lessons: She gives lessons to kids during the summer.
- The Johnsons: A well known family in good standing in the town. David Johnson, Andi's elder brother, is on the city council and a former football star. Krissy, her younger sister, has special needs and Andi spends a bank load of time with her.
- Divorced: Once Upon a time, Andi was married to a local mechanic. Then something happened and she became very private with her private life, closing herself off. In public she's fine, but she shares very little of her home life.
- Class of 2009: She's well acquainted with most of her class mates and has lived here all of her life.
- Church: On Sundays, religiously, she attends the morning mass at the church and gives her tithes.
- Lately?: She works. A lot. Every available hour possible.

New in town, a DA who seems to be looking into cold case files. Sometimes that's not exactly the safest thing to do. Sometimes its better to let sleeping dogs stay dead. And let things go forgotten. Though like him, I can't pretend not to be curious. If he asks me to help, I'll give it and dedicate myself to finding out all I can.
Just crossed her path but it makes me want to find her and check up on her. She spoke of invisible books and bad things. Makes me wonder what she's seen.
Byron's dad was a cop too and when they were kids they really got along well. Saw each other at all the picnics and outings. Cookouts and bonfires. They played together a lot, building castles in the sand at the bay. Then his father died and while it made Andi uncomfortable, all that sadness, she tried to be there for him through everything, even managing to remain good friends. Now they are both grown up and both have their own private lives they keep tucked away from the other, they are still good friends and would call up each other in a pinch if needed.
Emily is such an interesting girl. She's had it rough though. A year younger than me, it always seemed like a further spread than that and I feel sort of protective of her despite her sometimes snarky or judgmental behavior. Everyone is who they are for a reason. Sometimes people are just products of their past. It's okay, I have the patience.
All of their lives they've been friends, mostly in childhood and high school. Especially after the Glimmer thing was.. a thing. She uses Felicity sometimes as a sounding board when something happens that she doesn't understand and she also offers to be one for Felicity whenever her friend needs to talk.
Kevin was more studious than I was. I just took life as it came and it really wasn't hard. Kevin was bullied a lot. Sometimes at my older brothers own hand too. I regret that. I should have stood up for him more though David always had a mind and will of his own. I can't help but wonder if I'd have made a difference. Mostly, I don't spend a lot of time around Kevin. Probably a guilty conscience for not sticking up for him when I could have. Or should have.
Girl's nights were spent with May. The two bonded over a computer while May was teaching Andi how to use one, what www meant and how to find youtube. That all changed when, at 15, May lost her father. Andi tried to be there for her to lean on, but sometimes a person needs to grieve alone. When Andi got married, she spent little time with any of her friends. Now that she's divorced though, she's trying to touch base with her friends again. Those she cared most about.
Father and former police officer for Gray Harbor. He retired in good standing from the police department and now spends most of his time with my mom and sister.
David is my older brother. He was always the golden child, super student, captain of the football team, bully... Currently he is on the City Council.
Former family. You figure it out. He's a good man, too good for me really. We're both a little too closed off I guess. But that's bound to happen in this town.
Krissy is my baby sister and I would do anything for her. She has special needs and her and I spend a bank load of time together when work permits. I see her at least once a day. We communicate via glimmer as much as we can. I hope I can always protect her.
My mother. It seems like she's sacrificed the most for her family to be a stay at home mom and take care of Krissy. Never really asking for anything in return. She is the most unselfish woman I know. And the most loving and caring.
Townie: A lifer. Lived here all of her life with her family who lived here all of their lives. Her father, a retired detective in good standing with the Gray Harbor PD. Her brother is David Johnson, previously star football player for highschool, now on the City Council. She and her brother help their parents with their younger sister who has special needs.
Police Officer: Detective, beat cop, crime scene investigator, she fills in where needed at the time when she's not being used for her position in the Underwater Search Unit.
Middle Child: She was pretty mediocre at everything during school, didn't stick out for anything in particular.
Glimmer: Yes. Yes she knows what it is. She has the gift and likely associates herself with others who do. She also uses it to communicate with her younger sister.
Local Lore: Even as a police officer she recognizes the necessity to play down the weirdness in the town and explain away disappearances. And deaths.
Instructor: She offers private lessons at the beginning of each summer for younger children to teach them how to swim.
Music: She loves all things music. Live in person, the radio, iTunes.. and she has an eclectic taste for it.
Divorced: She was married when she turned 21 and divorced at 26, 2 years ago.
Approximately 5'7" tall, her hair is kept in a bun, glossy dark brown, almost black hair frames a defined feminine face with soft features, arched brows, thick dark lashes and eyes the color of the forest canopy. A slim nose, full pink lips, white, even teeth, and a slightly rounded chin complete her facial features.
Her frame is toned and fit, distinctly feminine, slim neck and shoulders, feminine curves, gentle dip of her waist and slight flaring of her hips. Her legs are long and toned.
Her attire is a black shirt with a GHPD patch with black pants worn with black tactical boots... Or khaki pants, a dark blue shirt and boots or off duty, a more casual ensemble of jeans or leggings and a tee.
