We've talked a few times, he's definitely dedicated to his EMS job.
I've seen him around town some, but have only talked to him a few times. We keep ending up in Dreams together.

Volunteer like myself. Also my partner in crime! But it was just borrowing. We swear.
One of the main HOPE people. Nice guy, always there when you need him it seems like. Which is a good thing.
Local - Fern was born and raised in Gray Harbor. She left at the age of 23 to follow and opportunity of doing what she loved - performing. She's been back in town about 5 years now and is known for being friendly (and flexible, but don't let her hear you say that).
Acrobat - Fern used to travel with a troupe similar to (but not as popular as) Cirque de Soleil as an acrobat and ariel performer. It's her passion, but the lifestyle took a toll on her and forced her to retire early. Now she teaches yoga at various spots in town and privately offers coaching for up and coming acrobatics and gymnasts.
HOPE Volunteer - Fern has recently signed on as a volunteer for HOPE - always happy to be an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. She has also been through the 12 Step Program a couple different times and is happy to sponser people looking to sober up. Be it alcohol or other substances.
Shine Baby Shine - Fern shines and she knows it. She used her powers quite often whenever she could during her career and does attribute them to both helping her become an expert and also causing her to quit. She's happy to chat particulars with other shiny people.
Fern stands at 5'6 with long hair that either seems to be an extremely dark brunette or black and piercing, pale blue eyes. Her skin is cream colored. She's often found wearing bright and colorful clothing and is known for being a bit on the quirky side.
