Greg is a drug dealer IC, and that often comes with graphic descriptions of drugs and drug use. I strive for realism in these descriptions and often apply research to get my facts as straight as I can. While I know that some people may appreciate that, I know that others may not. IF AT ANY TIME my descriptions of drugs and drug use cross a line or become something you as a player don't wish to read, PLEASE PM ME IMMEDIATELY! I will stop what I'm doing and bring Greg's schtick to a more subtle and implied place. I'm happy to do this for anyone at any time! Please don't be uncomfortable -- tell me!
Greg knows this guy is a cop. He also knows this guy seems to be a "chill" cop. As long as Greg isn't flagrant about his business, Detective Quintanilla seems willing to look the other way.
This cute Latina seems impressed with Greg's Spanish. There's some light flirting here, but Greg doesn't think Julia's really into him in 'that way'. Friend, though? Sure, things seem to be heading in that direction. Julia seems to know a lot about the craziness that surrounds Gray Harbor, and she's connected to other people who want to fight back against the Dark Men. Greg has promised to help her and the others in this, and it's a vow he takes very seriously.
Doctor Chadwick is one of Greg's semi-regular customers. Mostly, Oliver seems into drink more than drugs, but he comes around sometimes for party favors.
For a minute there, things got serious -- diamond ring serious. Greg's not sure exactly what changed or how, but one day she was simply gone, leaving only the ring behind. He suspects long-term exposure to the realities of his lifestyle did the trick.
Greg and Lex did some incidental business together before she turned up at Green Harbor one day, looking for a job. While riding his half pipe out back, Greg asked her a few rudimentary questions to feel her out and then hired her on the spot -- she needed a good-paying job, he needed someone he could trust to look after the business, and need met need. He's pretty sure he remembers her from Seattle, in a distant kind of way.
Daisy's a good girl, in the rowdy sort of way that Greg appreciates. Her talents as a grower really come in handy, and she's an important part of the racket running under the hood at Green Harbor. Pretty amazing with a skateboard, too; Greg has to cheat to pull off some of the shit she can land. Not one to waste an opportunity, he likes to study the way she moves a board and frequently picks her brain about the esoteric mysteries behind not eating shit. Speaking of, she's also a great cook, which makes it really fortunate that she lives in the trailer -- she's an important part of the family.
Greg finds Grant to be a useful dude to have around. Reliable and trustworthy, Grant has a different way of looking at things that Greg finds informative most of the time. He's handy in a way that Greg's not, too; he can fix and build things, and helps keep Greg's businesses and interests running smoothly. He lives in the trailer with the other homies, a valued member of the family.
He's the boss. Greg does what he says. They're not friends. In fact, Greg's pretty sure Felix can't fucking stand him, and Greg's scared of Felix, so "not friends" is quite the understatement. Still, maybe they can work together. After all, the Boss helped Greg set up Green Harbor Organics. He didn't owe Greg a favor by any means. Lately, Greg is thinking maybe this relationship won't work out so bad after all.
On paper, Graham slings drinks at the Firefly Club. Off-the-record, Greg knows him as a dealer (for cards - not drugs) and an odd-jobs guy. They have a pretty easy rapport, jabbing and bullshitting like old friends. Graham was the one that had the big idea about the Elma job, and that was one hell of score. Between that and the way Graham handled himself when the shit hit the fan, Greg's pretty convinced that Graham can be both trusted and relied on.
She fixes computers and stuff. She seems cool enough, but Greg figures... if the only reason he works for Felix is because of money? What's the reason she works for Felix?
Felix's cousin and enforcer. Surprisingly, for all that "hard-ass" seems to run in the Monaghan family, the two manage to get along reasonably well. It's not a bro-mance, maybe, but they can be in the same room and not wanna punch each other. Seth even seems to have taken Greg under his wing, in a way, not as a full-on protege but he's definitely taken an interest in Greg learning more than just how to sling drugs.
Street Pharmacist - You need pill? Coke? Meth? Heroin? Greg can hook you up. Just play it cool, 'cause he's pretty sketchy about cops.
Protected - Everyone knows that Greg works for Felix Monaghan, and you don't fuck with people who work for Felix Monaghan.
Skateboarding - It's rare to see Greg without a skateboard, almost like it's a part of him.
Greg was probably never going to amount to anything, even before he ran afoul of Felix Monaghan. He was a Seattle street urchin, the child of a broken home with an older sister that tried to raise him for a little bit, but eventually threw in the towel and moved in with her boyfriend. Leaving him home with mom, till he ditched the deadbeat and moved out when he was fifteen. He dropped out of high school, lived on the fringe of life, selling whatever came his way - pills, meth, heroin, he really had no moral compunctions about what he was feeding to addicts. Though Greg tried a few things recreationally himself, he never got deep into anything too heavy for personal use, but he was never above a taste now and then, either.
He was always just a low-level peddler, though, till he inadvertently came into a big score. See, Greg had long been a distributor for this guy named Cliff, and Cliff worked for Felix Monaghan, who was apparently some kinda mobster or whatever in Gray Harbor. Greg had no real interest in moving up the food-chain, but he happened to be on-hand when Cliff got scooped up by the cops. The cops did not scoop up the three kilos of cocaine that Cliff had stashed in a locker at the bus station, though, and Greg just happened to know exactly which locker it was. He went straight down there, picked the lock, and scored so much fucking coke that he's lucky he didn't just die right on the spot.
Greg sold a pretty good chunk of that. He also snorted a bunch of it. He was high as fuck the first time he felt something weird about himself, found himself moving shit with his mind. Cocaine's a helluva drug!
It was a seriously cool experience, riiiiiight up until Felix got wind of what was going on up in Seattle. Greg found himself getting punched in the gut, then the jaw, then stuffed into a van and driven down to Gray Harbor. Felix Monaghan was not a man you fucked with, and he wanted his fucking coke back. Greg gave him as much of the money as he could, and Felix made him a deal: he would work for Felix directly now, and Felix wouldn't cut off his dick and make him snort it.
So that seemed fair.
But Felix wanted him close, so he set Greg up in Gray Harbor. The kid is a janitor at Firefly Club (on paper) and sells whatever the fuck Felix tells him to otherwise. Mostly pills, but it's not Greg's job to ask questions.
Uncannily dark brown eyes stand out starkly against pale skin and curly, sloppy, reddish-brown hair. Even when they're shadowed or bloodshot, smudged by shadows beneath them or squinting through gingery lashes, those eyes of his are a brown so dark as to seem almost black, a strange juxtaposition for so fair-skinned. The rest of his facial features are unremarkable by comparison: his nose is fine, his mouth is normal (though his smile is nice enough), his brows are a touch thin, his chin grows a patchy scruff at best and so is often clean-shaven. His hair is a light brown color, just stained with a hint of red, and typically left growing long so the curls of it hang over his forehead and the tips of his ears. He stands 5'11" tall, with a trim build that shades toward skinny, and he's generally attired sort of sloppily.

Could be anything - something that happens/ed off-camera, a character you didn't get a chance to play, a misty water-colored memory, whatever's clever. Note that this isn't a "live" scene in the traditional sense; just a collection of vignettes around a common theme. I'll be leaving it open until Friday the 16th at around 4:30 PM Pacific / 7:30 PM Eastern.
