(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: None of us are safe. She is waiting to see if we can come up with a way to save him but she can't wait much longer.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: Well at least this is a heads up to forwarn me to know to change. I'll see what I can do to stall him. Do we have a definition of 'much longer' and have you eaten yet?
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: Are you alright, Erin?
(TXT to Byron Erin Hyacinth) Isabella: That conversation can't have been easy.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: She mentioned doing it tomorrow, but she said she'd wait to see what we can come up with. She said it has to be soon.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: That's 24 hours. Did you ask my grandfather what we'd discussed?
(TXT to Isabella Erin Hyacinth) Byron: We can only hope that no one dies within that time.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I .. have been better. The conversation was a little rough. We should all meet soon though, with Alexander also. I couldn't eat anything right now. I did and he seemed so sincere and so sad after I asked. He said, poor little Hya, such a sweet little girl. Then asked me who would do something like that to a little girl? Chasing shadows, that one.. he said he always.. then stopped and said instead that he would never forgive himself for that. And for all of this.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I'm not sure they are intending on taking him to a facility. Thomas said something about having to drain the fountain that it would be so much neater than the bathtub. It sounded like they are going to drown him!
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: How can we let that happen?
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: (bouncy dots for a while, but then they stop)
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: That's not a comforting or definitive 'no'. Still, that can be addressed later we need to meet. Call your people. Let them knowthere is an active threat.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: And no one is drowning in that fountain. I helped refurbish that in 2010. No one is allowed to haunt it. No. If you are there let Grandfather know that is an unacceptable option.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I was afraid. So I left. He passed out. Or I think he did. So I told grandmother where I was staying. He got this growl sound in his throat so I think William heard me.
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: We're going to have to acknowledge the eventuality that we might not have a choice but let it happen if we can't do this, but there's no reason why we can't do our damndest in the interim. I'll see what I can do to prepare for it, but I agree about a meeting sometime soon. Hopefully we'll be able to bring something useful before then.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: How long do we wait?
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: Well step one is don't be there. I can prepare a space for us to fortify. We can use the Addington family ballroom at the museum... but it might damage things
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: Byron meet at your place?
(TXT to Byron Erin Hyacinth) Isabella: Not long. I had a digital conversation with Rebecca Carr today. I asked her for help looking for the container the bones crossed over with. The person who had it has died, and she was on the verge of moving, so it's lost somewhere in her house, presumably. We're going to try and find it and see if we can read it. Hyacinth, for your edification, Alexander managed to rifle through the mind of the Ghoul's spirit and was able to determine that three people need to cage him in a box. We don't know at present who can build said box or who these three people are and we have to acknowledge the possibility that those answers might not be found on this side.
(TXT to Isabella Erin Hyacinth) Byron: I was just attacked recently. I had several of my ribs shattered while I was making breakfast. I have no idea if it's related to this Gohl murder or not, but why wouldn't it be? We already know that nowhere is off-limits to them.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I asked Grandmother about that container. She said it was before her time that she didn't remember it.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: There's a couple people I can call. I'm going to reach out to them and see what we cnan find out. I need to talk to Alexander and Minerva.
(TXT to Isabella Erin Hyacinth) Byron: Lilith came by. My bones may be mended, but I've been taking it slow. Thanks. When it happened, I couldn't sense any presence at all. It just occurred out of the blue.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: If he wasn't okay he wouldn't be texting back with ideas. THat said, Byron it should be said I think we're all very glad you are reasonable reassembled
(TXT to Byron Erin Hyacinth) Isabella: Erin, what else did your great-uncle and grandmother tell you? Anything would be helpful.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Gohl is always present so when we speak to Grandmother and Thomas is there, he can hear everything.
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: Alright, then we can assume that he knows we're looking into the box. Which means that all of us and those related to this would need to be extra careful. I don't know how effective putting security on each person will be, but we can at least have members of the affected group check in regularly.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Grandmother said the facility, well she called it a hospital, wasn't capable of hiding from her.
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: Probably not. Your grandmother feels like a nuclear furnace. Erin...I'm sorry, I know it was difficult, but thank you so much for risking it anyway.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: Why does she think They'd keep your uncle there?
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I also asked why the Baxters too, if it was only Gohl and he's a Baxter, why not just the Addingtons. She said she thinks it must be confusing. Gohl's hate for the Addingtons warring with Thomas' devotion to family? Toss in homicidal rage and he just kills everyone.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: Gohl slit his own descendant's throat. So that happened.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: If we had a Baxter to help us this might do some good. Good thing we have one willing to aid us or I'll burn his pension
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Like I said before, I don't think they have any intention on taking him there at all.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: You know I'm thinking it's really sounding like another Baxter slipping him a snickers bar is not going to help
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: That wasn't meant to sound like a euphamisim
(TXT to Byron Erin Hyacinth) Isabella: From what Alexander told me, he got the impression that the Ghoul doesn't feel like his fellow Baxters are a threat. But the Addingtons certainly are. Byron has a theory that if there is anyone who can stop him, those who can might have to come from the family, and it's one that I find logical. It's just a hypothesis, however. We don't have enough information, so let's see if we can't get some more.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: Things were quiet for a moment there before my attack. I don't have any advice to offer any of you on how to protect yourselves. Unless everyone sticks together or in groups. Bella, how do we find out more information? Go back to Margaret Addington? I've got a feeling she's had her fill with us by now.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Your attack and Alexanders.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: Clayton's attack... happened after they'd summoned Gohl's ghost. Gohl did that himself.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Grandmother has had her fill, we've reached the last of her patience.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: That had nothing to do with Thomas Addington as far as I know.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: I could be wrong and during the course of the seance, Gohl tapped into Thomas again just to slit Clayton's throat from afar.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: I have no immediate urge to set foot into my Great-Auntie's house until she looks over our fucking proposal for the downtown project. She's been reticent to help us to this point and it's clear her concerns are less of the rest of the family after she's fed our parents to the wolves after failing to find a better solution.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: So do we take the time and risk more lives or have her do what she is going to do? I refuse to make that call. I cannot and will not order the death of a man I love. Even if he does go, we have to find out to stop it in case he returns. Or Gohl simply finds another host.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: I'm calling Edison Baxter to bring his books with him. I'm going to teh Addington House. Fuck Ghoul. we have more tools there and quite possibly something upstairs to help us.
(TXT to Hyacinth Isabella Erin) Byron: Your personal assistant, if I recall correctly. There are other Baxters in town who are also on the case. Probably believing that their lives are in danger. They might not be wrong.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I asked that also. Why did they wait so long once they found out and then to decide to put him in the facility. Why not before my parents? Her answer? He is still her little brother. That she will do it soon. Tomorrow perhaps. Or the day after. I wonder does she really have the intentions? That is when Thomas asked her about the fountain. What about in the fountain he had said. You'd have to drain all that water, but he felt like it'd be less mess than drowning in the bathtub. She didn't answer.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I will go with you, Hyacinth.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: I need to text Vyv. He should hear this from me. I need his help. I mean what do we wear to this? It's a bit unprecidented and historic. Keep this in mind for posterity reasons. Dignified but functional is what we're aiming for here.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: Erin if you need me to pick you up let me know. God what a nightmare. Alexa, play Kesha playlist. Alexa? Oh shit this thing is still doing voice to text. Erin call me if you need me to come get you I'm leaving in 5.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I can meet you there, I'd like to have my car in case I need to go somewhere.
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: The occultist who helped us summon Gohl's spirit is the real deal, and she was able to keep him at bay - at least to prevent him from outright killing Alexander. If there's such a thing that can be constructed to do the same thing, I think we should consult with her. I already requested a meeting, see what she thinks. She might not be the right person to build it - Alexander said so himself, but she can at least guide us as to how these things can be made and that could be helpful also. Meanwhile, Rebecca Carr and her friend, also a friend of Alexander's who's also marginally involved in this already, will assist me in attempting to locate the container the bones were transported in to this side. See if we can read that if we can't read the bones.
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: We can also use her memories and projections about where they were found at the start, because we might have to return there. I'd rather we NOT, but we might not have a choice either.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: I might be able to use that. The doctor yes?
(TXT to Byron Erin Hyacinth) Isabella: Dr. Kosimar? Yes.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Addington House right?
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: We might have to be prepared for the possibility that the responsibility of caging him might fall on the younger generations of Addingtons also. I hate to put anyone at risk, but considering that Hyacinth is directly descended from Thomas and since this entire affair seems to have something to do with the old family feud, there might not be any going around it.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: If Hyacinth has to do it, she will have my full support. Whatever it is she has to do, I will be beside her.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: Let's end this. Just, if something happens my formal request is tha someone tell Justin in person, please. Phonecalls for bad news are a bit inconsiderate. I'd appreciate it.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I really don't have anyone to inform. But if anything happens, my will is in my gym bag in the locker of Kelly's Gym and Joey has a key. No one knows it's in there though, I just didn't know where else to have it. My car will need a new owner, that's about all I outright own worth anything.
(TXT to Isabella Hyacinth Erin) Byron: Let's not start this.
(TXT to Isabella Hyacinth Erin) Byron: But I have it noted that the Kelly's have your bag.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Papa's got a brand new bag. Or something 🙂
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: It's pragmatic. now. text me your coffee orders for those coming and I'll have Edison grab them for us. We cannot battle the forces of grand impingement decaffeinated and unprepared. Think of it as a very intense sleepover with a full contact Oujia board.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: Half French Vanilla Cappuccino, half hot chocolate. Large.
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: 🙂 Super proud of you. I love you all but i'm not driving and texting.
(TXT to Isabella Hyacinth Erin) Byron: I'm having what she's having.
(TXT to Hyacinth Erin Byron) Isabella: Let's divide and conquer. I'll see what I can find about the container with Carr and Rosencrantz. We can then gather up once we've got what we're looking for, if any?
(TXT to Byron Isabella Erin) Hyacinth: I'm going to grab Edison and Erin and reach out to teh Doctor and Alexander and see what we can't learn fromteh echos and imprints. Do we know where he was first bound?
(TXT to Byron Isabella Hyacinth) Erin: I'll be in in just a moment, having a text sort of argument. It's odd.
(TXT to Byron Hyacinth Erin) Isabella: Just that it might require three people, and a box. We have no information whatsoever about both, save for the earlier hypothesis about how the three people might have to be Addington-blooded in light of the most recent revelations. That might not be the case, however, but it's a logical starting point.
(TXT to Erin Byron Isabella) Hyacinth: well it gives us a few Addingtons a Baxter and a Thorne to work with. Send. No I do not want to turn left. Oh my god I am hating voice to text right now. Lady turn left and get off my damn road. People are literally dying and you literally forgot how to drive. Move. Oh. That worked. Is this still recording?
