2020-08-26 - We Now Have Cats

(TXT to Declan Justin) Dahlia : (It's roughly getting on to mid-morning) So. Neither of you are going to like this. But I found three kittens in a box at the beach. And it's a long story but apparently their...owner(?) was arrested for murdering his wife?....They're not normal kittens. I don't feel comfortable bringing them to the shelter...so I'm going to bring them home while I try to figure out what more to do with them.

(TXT to Declan Dahlia) Justin : Not normal in what way?

(TXT to Declan Justin) Dahlia : Uhh...well. They have a lot of teeth. Like. a lot of sharp teeth that kittens shouldn't have. That normal cats don't even have I think?

(TXT to Declan Dahlia) Justin : Take them to a vet first and get them checked out. I'll pay for it.

(TXT to Declan Justin) Dahlia : I...don't know if that's a good idea? I'm not entirely convinced that they aren't just some kind of creature from the Veil. Do you know a vet that has Glimmer?

(TXT to Justin Dahlia) Declan : You're adopting demon cats?

(TXT to Dahlia Declan) Justin : Gideon did, but I think he left town. Why isn't it a good idea? Make sure your demon cats aren't rabid before you bring them home 😛

(TXT to Declan Justin) Dahlia : At least they're cute demon cats? Adopting is a strong word. Fostering them until I figure out what they are and someone more appropriate to hand them off to? That would be more accurate. "

(TXT to Declan Justin) Dahlia : And I guess, maybe they won't even notice the teeth? I dunno. I'll call around.

(TXT to Justin Dahlia) Declan : I'll build a little enclosure. We'll see what happens.

(TXT to Dahlia Declan) Justin : I mean, they might notice the teeth and just think it's a mutation. No need to explain it unless they Glimmer and ask. Can you sense a Glimmer off the cats?
