Single-family homes with the occasional duplex, Spruce Street was mostly developed in the 1980s, though many of the homes have since been remodeled - and a few are relics of an older time that still retain some of their original charm. Most are two-story, though a few bungalows are scattered among the houses here. The interiors are generally well-kept, though some could stand to be updated. Three bedrooms is the most common, with two bathrooms, small basements, and unfinished attic spaces. Most are owner-occupied, but a few rentals are found here and there.
