The back area of the Cabaret has been transformed into a playground of costumes and theater. A few of the makeup stands house several various masks on them, all inspired from the dark, labyrinth inspired theme for the upcoming masquerade, while other stations have various accessories: feathers, fake jewelry. They also include body makeup and additions such as scales that can be applied to the face to help mimic little patches of skin, and other little cosmetics.

The back wall has been cleared, and an old projector has been found which has been hooked up to a laptop, all ready to play the actual movie of Legend. Drinks and food are not to be forgotten either, from a collection of finger foods and sandwiches, dumplings and more to compliment the ample alcohol that has been hauled in.

Dylan has been a very busy boy, it'd seem, and now? He's lounging in one of the dancers chairs, his messenger bag before him, and a sketch pad in his lap he's idly drawing things on while waiting for the others to show. Next to him is a cup with a concoction mixed into it, but barely touched, and given the empty plate? He's already remembered to eat... or maybe absolutely forgot to even get food before he settled down.

Mae returns with a dress that she hangs in her locker, moving over to her space where she takes a seat. "Did we bring masks with us or is that for something else?" She looks briefly confused, all this masquerade business seemed a little removed from her idea of Halloween. She props her feet up on her space, barely missing a vial of glitter. "I should go out and get them to make us a pitcher of drinks. Something strong."

Roxy makes it to the get together at the club, looking tired, but at least mostly recovered from the flu. She's in a lovely vintage pale blue wool coat as she comes in, then sheds it to reveal a pretty vintage blush-colored dress with a similarly-colored sheer overlayer with grey polka dots and nude pumps. The dress shows bandages on her left forearm and shoulder which weren't there before she got sick. She hangs up a couple of garment bags and sets a large bag on the floor to fish out a mask and a sewing kit. She smiles to everyone as she smooths her skirts beneath her and settles into a seat.

"Yeah. Masks," Dylan lifts a hand to motion towards where he has them laid out, having setup temporary stands for those masks to be browsed while kept safe. "And accessories." It's a warm, beaming smile the man flashes towards Mae. Dylan? He's kept it simple, no doubt in having been toting everything in, with a pair of ripped blue jeans and a dark grey t-shirt. "Hey!" He coos out when he spies the other, a beat of a moment, before recognition comes. "Roxy, right?"

Mae smiles at Roxy when she makes her way in, her eyes taking in the vintage dress that the dark haired woman is wearing. "What do you think Roxy, should I get us all drinks?" She glances out toward the front, luckily tonight is not a busy night at the Club. There are women out there working already. Mae is not one of them. She is dressed in a pair of distressed jeans, a Metallica shirt and a ragged red and black plaid flannel.

"So finish the costume for the masq, and then I have to get one for that other party? I hope that's it, I can't do three costumes. Two is enough." She pulls her feet down from her station, knocks her glitter over and gets to her feet. "Drinks. I want one."

Arriving with a rather large, rectangular black bag slung on her shoulder, Nicole had to ask for directions to the backstage area when she arrived, but found her way. She's not technically working, so her outfit isn't full on salon black. She's dressed in a pair of dark-washed jeans, a black longsleeved tee with a ballerina neckline that fits so well it might be a bodysuit and a simple pair of black leather flats upon her feet. She is expecting to play with hair though, so her own is caught up and loosely contained in a bun held together with a pair of hairsticks. "Hey... I made it."

Roxy nods to Dylan. "Yes, though on stage it is Echo," she notes in her bright, Scandinavian accent. "I have a dress for the event proper, and one for a performance, which I will need Mae's help with." She sets out her red and gold mask so she can work on bedazzling it some for the Masquerade. She smiles at Mae, "A drink would be nice, thank you."

It's the arrival of Nicole that has a brilliant smile curling to the corners of Dylan's mouth, his hand lifting to give a waggle of fingers. "Hair fairy!" His eyes shift around, pointing to the two he spies at first to help with introductions, "Mae. Roxy." Each is gestured to in turn, before his attention shifts to latter, head bobbing up and down. "Happy... help." His brow furrows up just a touch at that, hoping the message gets across before his fingers curl a touch tighter around his pencil.

"Nicole," she says with a smile, in case the others didn't want to call her Hair Fairy. Her hand lifts and she gives a simple wave, nodding in turn as she says, "Mae. Nice to meet you. I have seen you dance... Rather amazing." Having spoken a little to Roxy before, she smiles. "Hi Roxy! Good to see you again." Looking to Dylan she grins. "How's my favorite artist?"

Mae blows Nicole a kiss as she eases toward the door that the hair fairy just entered. "What do you drink Nicole, I'll grab you something from the bar." She calls out, opening the door to gaze outside. Stripper on stage, check. Men drooling near the rail. Check. The inked woman looks all too pleased that she's not wearing those sky high heels tonight, her red and white converse look a lot more comfortable. "There is a little table over there you can put your supplies down on." She gestures to a table and then shakes her head at Dylan. "You stay here, I can handle it."

Roxy gives Nicole a broad smile. "Hello," she greets her. "You will be doing our hair?" she asks, curiously. "I apologize, I have been sick for two weeks and I missed many of the memos." She gets up again to unzip the garment bags and hang up the two dresses. One is a nude illusion one with red flames, clearly meant to go with the mask. The other is a replica of the enchanted black dress from the movie being played in the background. She tends to take things literally, this one.

Kass arrives quietly, one minute she wsan't there, the next she was! When she's on the clock, the new waitress wears a smile and is confident.. and covered in body paint. Tonight, her red hair gleams, her pale skin practically glows, and she inches around here and there, trying to keep to herself for the most part. Nervous, it would seem. She wears a simple black summer sweater that end just shy of her navel, a pair of hiphugging darkwash skinny jeans, and metallic silver hightop Chuck Taylors. A distressed messenger bag bumps about at her hip, something inside clanging and rattling lightly. "Um.. hi? I'm.. Kass. The, uh, the new waitress? The one in all the, uh, bodypaint..."

A small huff comes from Dylan when Mae tells him to stay put, but he does indeed stay seated, his focus shifting to offer that broad smile to Nicole. "Doing goooood." He coos out towards her, his features going a touch lopsided. When Roxy's dresses make an appearance, his eyes go far wider still, turning to look with amazement at them. "Wow. Wonderful." He strays forward with a big lean, peering out to make certain Mae is getting along without any issue. "Hi Kass!" Blink. It's a few of them that comes when he spies her in body paint, and then an 'oooooh' of approval comes from the man. "Who painted?"

"That is the plan! I think... I've been trying to keep in contact with Love about it, but, well... I was sick too." That is directed to Roxy before Nicole looks to Mae. "Oh um... Corona? Thanks!" She heads to the table indicated and rests the rectangular bag atop it. She waves to Kass and introdces herself. "Hello... I'm Nicole, Hair Fairy." She smiles, big and bright. Her eyes wander back to Roxy's dresses and she lets out a soft, "wow..."

Mae makes her way backstage, holding a waitress tray. There is a Corona on there, a pitcher of moscow mule and a few other drinks. She sets them down, gesturing at it. "Everyone help yourselves. The small pitcher is gin and tonic, the slightly larger one are appletini's." She pours herself a glass from that pitcher and moves to sit again. She pulls her feet up on her chair and gazes at the outfits that Roxy shows.

She sips from her glass and settles a bit. "Hey Kass, how are things going for you? Getting good tips?"

Roxy smiles to Kass and gives her a little wave then looks to everyone with an excited expression. "The Legend one I used for a burlesque routine in Portland last Halloween, so I had it on hand. The other I got from a costume seamstress in Seattle who did my costumes there. I would like to do the dance, from the movie, if Mae would be good Lily for the beginning part where the two dance together, with a black nylon mask covering my entire face. Then I will remove that and finish the dance in the darker makeup with, of course, clothing removal," she explains cheerily. She pours some appletini to try.

It's the moscow mule that Dylan reaches out to grab a helping of, pouring some into a glass before it's dragged back towards him. He flashes a thankful, warm smile towards Mae. He listens to Roxy's explanation, his head bobbing in clear approval for that idea. "Any hirings?" Comes the question when he looks towards Nicole, his brows arching upwards in curiosity, even if it has only been a few days since he did the flyer for her.

"Oh, um.. Grant? He usually does my bodypaint. I was, uh.. going to do it again. For the Masq. Go as.. you know, one of the Fireys? From Labyrinth?" Kass responds first to Dylan, since he asked, then elaborates as for why she isn't bringing a dress or outfit. "I was told that masks were being made but, um.. I don't know if anyone can do that? The, uh, prosthetics for it?" She lifts a shrug, then looks to Nicole with a faint smile, "Hi. Its.. nice to meet you." She nods towards Mae and smiles a bit more, "Oh, yeah. Or, well, I mean, not so much this week, I was sick. But the bodypaint seems to be going over pretty well. Its fun coming up with different things."

Lifting the corona from that tray, Nicole lifts it in silent toast to Mae. "Thanks," she says with a smile. "Oh, I haven't posted the ad yet." This is directed towards Dylan. "Been rather tied up lately. I will soon though. If any ad is going to work, it is that one though. I will let you know if I get any hits from it." The Corona is lifted for a sip, then set upon the table. "Nice to meet you too Kass." Looking around to the others she asks, "so is this just the planning stage for the costumes? Or will I actually be working on your hair tonight? I will take notes of what you all tell me you want, so I can have it all go as smooth as possible that day."

Roxy sips her appletini and gives a sound of approval. "I am glad that is acceptable. Mae, I can get you the other dress if you need? I had another dancer wear it but I kept it in case of future shows. I can teach you the choreography. You can learn it I'm sure."

"I was meaning to come in and see you anyway, Nicole. I wanna get my highlights redone, and .. get to know you better." Mae gives the hairdresser a look, taking a sip from her drink before she smiles toward Roxy. "That sounds amazing, and yeah. We can get together and see what we can come up with to make it work. I have the perfect heels to go with something creamy colored, if I remember the movie right." The movie she hasn't looked at more than once since they all settled down. Occasionally a naked woman walks by either on her way off the stage or on her way to it, it's a fun atmosphere behind the scenes though, people are mostly in a good mood.

Dylan's attention turns raptly to Kass when she explains the paint, his head bobbing up and down with interest as he soaks in all of that information. "Done Mae's," He explains about paint, leaving it to the dancer to fill that particular thought in if she so wants. "Yeah. Masks!" There are quite a few placed about on a couple of the tables, ready to be looked over and inspected for potential fits. "Can make," He murmurs, if there isn't one that fits the bill exactly. "It'll work!" He offers with a reassurance to Nicole.

"Oh um...." Nicole unzips a front flap on her bag, pulling out a simple business card. It bears the outline of a pair of scissors, and her contact information. At the top it reads: Curl Up and Dye. "Here," she says, handing it to Mae. "Feel free to call anytime. Salon number is there, and my cell too. I'm all too happy to help with your highlights." Nodding to Dylan, she says, "of course it will. How can it not? It's perfect."

Kass lifts a shrug to Nicole and smiles, "I'm not really sure. I just knew there was some talk of costumes and such and to swing by.." She looks back to Dylan and nods quickly, shuffling over that way to look over the masks on the table. "Just something for the upper face should be fine.. I'm doing doing up like.. actual prosthetics for the mouth pieces." She smiles at some of the masks, "Wow.. these are really good..."

At some point, Love wanders in through the back, apparently having driven her own car (yay!) because she drags with her a wheelie wagon full of costume bits, half completed jewelry sections, and selection of brushes, a few masks that were still wet earlier in the day, and a bag of snacks. Her wagon's a soft-sided nylon with a metal frame, so it's fairly light and sturdy. She looks a bit damp from some rain she encountered outside, fashionably late to this little shindig. Probably because she was buying several bottles of her favorite sparkling wine to make some mimosas.

Mae tucks away the card, aiming a bright smile in Nicole's direction. The snacks grab her attention and she wiggles her fingers at Love. "Evening woman." She quietly greets, taking another sip of her drink. She aims a look over at Dylan, and then turns to smile at Kass. He painted something on me for shots night, it was.. well I think it looked like a geode cut in half, it was beautiful. I have a picture on my phone somewhere." She seems to have misplaced that though. She sits up, getting to her feet to help Love with her things. "How'd you get all of this here, hmm?"

Dylan slides to his feet, putting the sketchpad down in the chair he had been seated in as he walks over with Kass. Most of the masks are just to cover the eyes, but others are more ala phantom of the opera. They all leave the mouth free. They all have that darker fantastical element of Legend, goblinesque, or dragon, or dark fairies alike. "Any preference?" He inquiries, casting a sidelong glance towards her. Up a hand lifts, fingers waggling with a playful gesture towards the newest arrival as he chirps out, "Love!" And then his head swivels, introducing the one person that she may not know in person, the Hair Fairy. "Nicole!"

One of those nude (or at least semi-nude) young women that prances by is none other than our heroine (according to her), Cameron Cambridge. She has a pair of heels on that cause her leggy body to reach over six feet in height, with lacy stockings that go up to the top of her thighs. Her underwear covers her bottoms, and a stash of bills are padded under the garter belt that holds said stockings up.

In her hand as she exits the door from the stage is another wad of bills, as well as the bustier that she had been wearing when she walked out. With one arm covering her chest, the brunette saunters past the group comparing and working on costumes and discussing hair ideas.

"Omigod, did I miss the opening? The movie is never as good if you miss the first ten minutes!" Cameron, tip-toe runs towards where she's stationed her makeup and belongings, waving her top and her cash at those assembled. "Don't mind me, be there in a minute! Putting the tits away! Can't be-LIEVE I'm missing Labyrinth!"

The dancer drops her arm to wrangle her tips out of her garter belt and store them in an opaque little baggie with a lock on it. It's zippered up, the tiny little padlock secured in place, before she shoves it into a drawer. Leaning up to look at herself in the mirror, Cameron tosses her bustier over the top of a chair and lifts up a few tissues to begin wiping makeup from around her eyes. "What'd I miss so far?"

"I like this one.. I think this could be modified really well to fit the look.. Some feathery tufts, a bit of dyed fake fur, some foam prosthetics and spraypaint... no this should work real well.." Its a domino mask of a cream-colored base color, spookied up with some gray and black shading. Probably originally intended for a more 'ghostly' creation. She glances to Dylan, grinning briefly, "You want to get the hot glue gun or should I?" Then Cameron is strutting backstage and kass actually lights up, grinning broadly and waving. "Cam! Hi Cam! I told you I'd be here!!"

Nicole waves to Love with a smile. "We've seen each other a few times, but usually amongst a crowd. Hello again." When Cameron enters, boisterous and dripping in cash, Nicole greets her. "Hey there, Co-singer. How's it going?" She herself hasn't really been paying attention to the movie. Too busy socializing, so she just looks to where it is being projected and shrugs. "I'm not sure..."

"Cameron!" Comes Dylan's warm voice as he spies the woman, a beaming smile offered to the familiar face. His focus turns back to Kass when she starts to talk, plucking one out that has him 'hmmmm'ing with consideration. "Like it!" He concurs as to the idea, "Fur. Feathers." His tongue dips out with a twist to it in a look of pure concentration. "Colored? Monochromatic?" He inquiries about those, before he blinks, and a sheepish look creases his features. "Dylan." A beat of a pause, before he offers, "Rink." Either, it seems, are ones he will answer to.

Love pulls her wagon inside, brushes rainwater off of her cheeks, and makes her way over to the bar with the four bottles of sparkling wine. One never knows how many this is gonna take. She waves to Mae. "Hey." She thumps those down on the bar and turns as Dylan says hello. She looks to the woman he's introducing her to, and waves to Nicole as well. "Meeting finally in person in a quiet place." Quiet-ish.

She lifts a hand a little higher to wave to the gathered staff farther off. She cracks open a bottle, eye to the movie playing in back, and pours a few champagne flutes half full of sparkling wine. She gives it a moment to settle before she finds some chilled orange juice to top up with. She makes a beeline for the food. "Hey, Cam!"

Roxy looks up to wave hello to Cameron and sip her appletini, before putting her eyes back down to work on bedazzling her mask.

"Colored. Absolutely colored. The Fireys are bright. Here, I can show you.." Kass digs into her messenger bag and gropes around, pulling out a few cans of spraypaint, even a few jars of acrylic paints, then finally comes up with her phone. "Aha! Just one tic..." she flips through the phone, going to pictures, then quickly thumbing through until she finds one of the 'chilly down' puppets. Zooming in towards the face, she turns the phone towards Dylan and smiles, "See? Like this." There's a pause when he gives his name, and she blushes a bit, perhaps embarrassed that they've been talking this whole time without intrudctions? "Kass. Uh.. Kassandra. Hughes. Mostly Kass. Kassi. I answer to lots of things." She offers a sheepish grin and shrugs.

"Kat! Oh my gosh, Kat, you made it!" Hey... it's close enough, right? She was kind of high when she met the redhead. Cameron sets down the tissue, one eye wing wiped off, the other firmly, smokily in place as she turns around with a bright grin and outstretched skinny arms as she shimmies her way towards Kass to wrap her in a congratulatory hug.

Because all new hires get one!

Slender arms wrap around Kass' shoulders, giving her a little squeeze, a bit of a backrub, before Cameron leans back, and looks towards Nicole. "Hair Fairy, you made it, too! Geez, everyone is here!" She reaches out to start to touch Nicole on the arm, looks down at herself, remembers she's topless, and veers off to make for her clothing. "Um, right back! Right back!"

Re-approaching her station, Cameron lifts her arms up, pulling her hair back and fetching a scrunchie (yes, a scrunchie) to hold it in a low ponytail. A Platinum Cabaret tee-shirt that doesn't cover her navel is scooped up, pulled on overhead. She flicks her hair out of the back of it and turns around once again.

"Love, hey! You- Um, you're busy, hug you later. Dyl-hole!" Now properly covered (at least from the waist up), Cameron stiletto-walks over to the artist, to wrap one lanky arm about him and give him a quick squeeze. "Love the costume, sweetie! Mae, hey! Rox, looking classy as ever."

"...I need pants, one sec guys."

Mae gives the bottles a look over and eyes Love with some amusement. "Are we doing mimosas?" She asks quietly, leaning in to say something under her breath. She reaches for one of the first poured mimosas and takes it back to her seat, finding her phone under some toppled cosmetics, she taps a number in and sets it aside again. The place is a hive of activity and Mae seems pretty happy just to watch for the moment.

"Mostly Kass." Dylan concludes, and the lopsided smile he flashes her is full of bemusement and mischief. It's a quick glances towards Mae, head craning up to see just what sort of drink she has, as if weighing it's look versus the moscow mule. But once he has a phone in front of him, his eyes rivet on it, a low 'ooooh!' coming from him in approval. "All right!" Accessories it is! He's almost to step forward before there is an arm wrapped about him.

Dylan's head swivels about to spy Cameron, and just stares for a heartbeat. Is he going to freak out again? Nope. Instead, his arms wrap around not just to return the hug, but to /swing/ her around in one, all to try and make sure she's the paniced one this time. Or at least surprised. "Accessories!" One of the tables holds patches of fur that match that color quite well, along with some long strands of feathers that might do well to be woven into a hair style, and some free ones that could be added to the mask. "These?"

Nicole doesn't seem bothered by Cameron's state of mostly undress when she greets her. "Yeah, I made it," she says before the girl runs off to put a top on. Though she is comfortable here, she is mostly quiet, watching and listening to them all talk about their costumes and ideas. She digs a notebook out of her bag and on occasion, jots down a thing or two.

Laughing, she seems much more accepting of the hug this time, even tentatively offering one back before pointing out, "Cam, you're still mostly naked..." but it seems Cameron is already taking care of that! So instead, she looks back to Dylan, then pauses with no small amusement as he gets into a hug-off with Cameron, at least briefly. Once Cam is dashing off, she turns back to the mask, looking at the accessories he's pointing out, "Sure! I'll be using temp dye on my hair, so some threads of feathers that I could tie in would be awesome! I've got the fake fur top and bottom being worked on. Not much I can do about the feet, so I'm just looking at maybe making some shoe covers for that? Then I can be in my sneakers, too..." Because heels are the DEVIL.

Love blinks as she brings a mimosa to her lips, grabs a container of dumplings (yes, she's going in again even if she got sick last time she ate some, damn flu). "We are definitely going mimosas." She grins at that, always one to bring too much alcohol to a party. "Have one. They're 50/50 so good and tart without being too sparkly." She smiles at the whirlwind that is Cameron, and nods to the hug later thing. "Sure, Cam."

Up and down Dylan's head goes as he listens to Kass, and up that string of feathers is lifted, jiggling it as he peers over at Nicole with big, wide eyes to make certain he isn't giving ideas that are impossible. The Hair Fairy is flashed one of those smiles, "Hobbit. Slippers." Comes the artist solution to the problem of feet, and he? Sounds dead serious. There is a knowing look as a hand lifts to tap on his chest with that, 'Oh yeah. I got them.' expression like he was talking about owning a Ferari instead.

"Augh! Dyllie bad!" Cameron laughs when the lone, outnumbered, male picks her up and swings her around. She smacks his arm rather limply when she's put down, laughing and straighteningg her shirt. "You are a rascal. I'm gonna get Mae to get you under control!"

Having wrapped a miniskirt around her waist to cover at least most of her ass up, the brunette once again turns to grin at Nicole. This time she gives the woman's upper arm a squeeze in greeting. "Good! So glad you're here. I need an appointment. One for Mads, too. Remember, Mads? The other half of our trio? We need to get done up right and she won't let anyone else do it ever since she saw you at Karaoke Night."

The Wiccan is on the move again, patting Kass on the hip as she passes by. "I'm always naked. It's what they pay me for! Looooove!"

The dancer pumps both hands into the air, pointing both index fingers at the bartender in question as she approaches. Arms spread wide, very wide, to indicate that her Hug o' Greeting has arrived. "I got you a present! I saw it and I thought of you, and, uh... I don't have it here. Not with me." A beat. "...Shit. Now I ruined the surprise of the surprise."

Mae looks up when her name is mentioned and she glances from Cameron to Dylan and then back again. "He's uncontrollable." She comments, raising her mimosa in a toast before she takes a sip. "It's partly why I live with him, every day is a surprise." She takes another sip and sets her drink aside just in case there is an upcoming hug of greeting coming in her direction.

"How was work tonight Cam?" She asks, glancing toward the door.

Roxy watches all the greetings in her usual quiet manner. It may be that she has a hard time understanding the intricacies of American English, so she takes to smiling and nodding silently most of the time.

Chuckling, Kass glances sidelong at Dylan, "I have stompy werewolf feet slippers. They make stompy noises when you walk." Looking back to the accessories, she starts to pull in the feathers and fur, arranging them around the edges of the mask before pursing up her lips. Looking back to Dylan, she nudges him lightly, "Got any squishfoam for prosthetics on hand?" Then she's looking up at the hip-pat from Cam and grinning, "Did you see the last bodypaint Grant did for me? It was SUPER cool! And I'm more comfortable in the bodypaint even if I'm wearing less than what I have to!"

Nicole smiles and gives a thumbs up towards Dylan. "That's easy stuff. No worries." Turning to Cameron when the woman squeezes her arm in a gesture of greeting. "Oh sure.. yes. Of course I remember. How could I forget? The Crocodile rock was one for the record books that night with the three of us." She smiles. "We have some downtime at the salon right now so, yeah, just call and get an appointment. Going to start slowly renovating next month probably, but we should be open throughout... should." She knocks on the table. Hopefully it is wood.

Werewolf feet slippers? One can see Dylan's eyes go wide, and then he turns to just stare at Mae, checking to see if she's paying attention. That look speaks volumes: he wants a pair too. "Godzilla slippers!" He counters with on one of his favorite things to collect, and for a moment he mock stomps around, making rawring sounds like that giant lizard would. He sways to the side when Cameron limply hits him, at least putting on a good show it was more than it was. Mae's answer has a beaming smile flashed her way. "Squishy foam..." He trundles off, poking and prodding around. "At house." A pause of his voice, longer than it needs to be, a touch of frustration before finally the reset button is hit on his brain. "Will send."

Werewolf slippers. Check. One Dylan Christmas present in the bag, thanks Kass. She watches the Cameron and Dylan comedy hour while she sips at her mimosa. They're so cute. "Well all I am planning on wearing to the one ball is a unitard that will match my mask. No embellishments. I don't think I'm meant to be pretty."

"Oh man, do they make the sounds? I love the slippers that make sounds when you walk. Mostly though, I collect Chuck Taylors," She sets a hand to the table for balance and lifts a foot to show off the shiny silver leather high top. "I have.. 28 pairs of Chuck Taylors. Every one of them is a different color or design. Some are vintage!" Then she pauses, slanting him a sidelong glance and whispers, "I also have LED light up duckfeet slippers. I just got them last week. Well, okay. So. I just got a place of my own last week. And everytime I got up and it was dark, I would run into stuff. So I was GOING to get a flashlight? And I found them. LED light up duckfeet slippers. Solved the problem and they're fun!" Then he's poking around for squishfoam and she gives a nod, smiling, "Its okay. There's still plenty of time. I can paint up the mask after I've got the foam on it, then we can add feathers and fur!" Turning, she lifts a hand towards Mae with a smile. Because it would be rude not to when you're giving ideas, right?

Naturally there is a hug aimed at Zoiya next. She gets both arms and a pair of lips pressed into the hairline of her temple, Cameron giving her fellow dancer a harsh squeeze. Then she leans back, both hands on Mae's shoulders, locking gazes with utmost seriousness. "Get that man house-broken. He is wild tonight. I'm counting on you." She swans her head back a little, tilting it to the side. "I don't think you could ever not be pretty."

"Work is, eh, fuck it. Work. Monies is monies. Didn't make Mae-level monies, but I did," The Wiccan gives a thuggish upnod as she lets go of the tattooed dancer. "A'ight. For me. I think the guys really like the bustier. That make these B-cups look like a C!"

She pauses talking about the enhancement of her 'assets', the Trailer Park Witch squinting off in Kass' direction with a thousand-yard-stare at something the woman says. "You've been doing bodypaint... without me?" Nevermind that they only met once and haven't even exchanged numbers yet. It is, apparently, a sin grave enough to turn the stripper's frown upside down.

She turns her scowl back towards Mae. "I'm stealing Rink's Godzilla slippers. You can perk him back up again from the depression those going missing will cause, right? Don't tell him it was me."

"Even. Better." Comes Dylan's words towards Kass about the Godzilla slippers, and then his features scrunch up in frustration. With a swivel of his head back to Mae, those big, blue eyes go as wide as saucers like a puppy dog, clearly expecting her to tell Kass how it all works with the things, and if not her? Then surely Cameron will explain it all. Masks? Well, Dylan has clearly forgotten all about it now, at least for the moment. "Wolf socks," Wait for it. It takes a bit for him to get back so he can finish the creation. "Sheep slippers."

It's hard to tell which comment it is that gets it, but Dylan reaches over to one of the small cans to point it towards the Wiccan. With a small squeeze, out silly foam squirts in one short burst, just a couple of strands that is fired off her way.

"It isn't like he's peeing on the carpet, Cam." Mae sasses, rolling her eyes before she glances at Dylan. She clears her throat and glances back at Cameron , her voice going serious and soft. "Don't you steal those slippers, one of my most favorite things in the world to do is wake up to eggs and toast hearing people scream like they're being yanked into pieces."

She picks up her mimosa and takes a drink, putting a punctuation point on that particular thought.

"OMIGAWD, NO!" Cameron squeals as she's squirted with sillystring, bits of it clinging to hair and clothing alike as she partially-crouches down and does her best to cover her head like she's expecting an earthquake. She turns to try and face away from the source of the blast, letting out a high-pitched, keening wail of alarm and self-defense until the assault is over.

"You are the worst! Forget, Mae, I'm going to house-break you myself!" She comes back up from under cover of her arms, peering between her fingers. At least she's smiling while threatening to break the male in various ways. "You- Your time is coming."

As she works on picking bits of semi-solid, brightly-colored foam off of herself, Cam's brown eyes meet Zoiya's gaze, giving a slow, thoughtful nod. "You are a strange and amazing creature, Mae. I will compromise with you. I will only steal one of them. I am sorry. I promised my fans and I can not disappoint them."

She surely can. She only has liked five people who watch her vlog.

"Stealing this for reals, though." Cameron proclaims, stepping into Zoiya's personal bubble to lightly grab the woman's wrist and tilt her drink towards the Wiccan's mouth for a quick swallow. It may or may not get the whole drink thrown in her face as she pilfers some of the mimosa, taking a greedy mouthful before flashing a smile. It's a Please Don't Punch Me In The Face And/Or Sillystring Me smile.

Dylan holds out that silly string can like it is a crucifix and Cameron the vampire when she offers that faux threat, his eyes sharp and peering at her before a broad smile splits those features, unable to maintain that serious, stern look for long. He sweeps it over to Nicole next, peering at the hair fairy, but for her? That look is more askance if she wants a shot herself or not, before finally the thing is tucked away. "Mermaid. Costume." Is all that the man says to Cameron before flashing her those big, huge, puppy dog eyes when she promises to steal just one of his slippers, and even his lower lip sticks out in a small pout.

Nicole listens in on some of the conversations like some sort of eavesdropper, but, it can't be helped. She laughs, amused at all this talk about slippers. It is the silly string though that gets that laugh really going. She covers her mouth with a hand, trying not to bring too much attention to herself, but, there is no real way to hide it. When the offender, Dylan, aims his blue-eyed gaze her way, her own eyes widen, thinking she is next for the silly string! There is a small sigh of relief when he tucks it away. "It would take forever to get out of my hair...' she laughs. Then, she asks him, "what are you going to their Masquerade as? I assume you are going..."

Mae eyes Cameron as she takes her mimosa. Party foul, you don't take someones drink!

She moves to get herself a new glass and glances toward Dylan. "He doesn't want to design himself a costume, I was thinking of making him dress up like a cowboy with assless chaps. It will be the last time he ever leaves costume creation up to me." She brushes her hair back away from her face, taking a sip of her champagne and orange juice concoction. "Are you dressing up, Nicole?"

Dylan blinks at Nicole's question. "Me?" His hand shifts to point to himself, and the trigger of the can is accidentally squeezed, spritzing himself with a bit of that silly string that hangs down from his ear. "Uhhhmmmmmmm." A glance to Mae. And then to, wait, where did Love go? He looks like a deer caught in the headlights, listening to the costume that Mae is pondering. Up his hand comes, covering his mouth, as he gives the most lame cough ever like he's coming down with something new, the assless chaps flu.

"Yeah. Yeah. Sillystring wiped all that out! Now we're even!" Cameron declares to Dylan. They are in no way even, but that won't stop her from claiming such. "Okay, fine. Fine! Just let me borrow them for a podcast. Please? You got this crap in my hair! It's the least you can- um..."

Catching sight of her reflection in one of the mirrors, the brunette frowns. "How come you guys didn't tell me I left half my makeup on! Were you gonna let me go like this all night? Remind me never to pass out at a party around you people!"

Party foul or not, Cameron presses her index and middle fingers to her lips, then presses the pair of digits to Mae's forehead, before she scampers off while the other dancer is busy making herself another drink and not concocting a revenge plan. "Thanks, love you, bye."

Cameron slides past Nicole, turning at the last minute as she plucks some of the string out of her hair and runs her fingers into the hairdresser's goddess-like tresses, thus tangling the small bit of string upon the other woman. She passes it on with the glee of a Typhoid Mary of Foam, giving the woman a pat-and-rub on her arm. "Not so funny now, sucka! You are got."

The dancer begins to walk away, to fix her makeup, turns at the last moment, and slaps her hand hard against Dylan's rump. "Yeehaw, cowboy. I'll have a fistful of singles ready you! Mae, do that. Do just that, don't let him get out of it!" The brunette hollers of her shoulder, piroutting away in her stilettos to go clean her face off and try to catch up on Tom Cruise's most amazing film ever.

A very loud laugh erupts from Nicole before she presses her hand over her mouth again. It morphs into a bit of a giggle fit, her eyes looking at Dylan with great amusement as he accidentally sprays himself with silly string. Once she is able to stop the giggles, she looks to Mae. "That sounds like a brilliant idea to me. Will teach him, right? Oh... me? I thought I was just doing hair... The party isn't just for employees?" She tries to duck away from Cameron's application of silly string, but fails. Wrinkling her nose she tries to untangle the foam from her blonde locks.

"Not just for employees, it's a ball and I think anyone can come. So if you want to see Dylan's cheeks.." Mae has an impish look on her face and she crosses the room to wrap Dylan in a hug. "I probably won't embarrass him like that, but I do have a costume for him. It's a bit of a surprise. Unless he wants assless chaps, I have a few pairs of them." She gives him a look, taking a sip of her mimosa as she eases out of his personal space. She approaches the snacks, poking through them until she finds a bag of Doritos. Mmmm.

Mae too is given the spin around hug by Dylan, a move he is clearly seeking to perfect around the literal arms competition of hugging that is the cabaret crew. She's eased down on her feet, "Wouldn't fit." He comments about her assless chaps on him, and then a mock, glowering glare is cast towards Nicole when she giggles, but it's all of a couple of seconds he can maintain it before he busts out into that big smile. Cameron? She's watched as she leaves, a small hmph coming from him for that smack, but it's all in playful, good natured fun for the man. "Should come!" He echoes the thought to Nicole, before lifting a hand to motion to the masks and everything else. "Plenty!"

"Oh... well then... maybe." She stops and blinks, looking to Mae. "Not so I can see his ass cheeks, but, I mean... if it's for anyone." Nicole chuckles and when Dylan is done glowering at her and gestures to the masks, she hmms in thought. "What should I go as? I could maybe make something in time..."

Dylan's phone begins to buzz with the sound of an alarm, and out is fished to peer at it, before a lumbering sigh comes from him. It's stuffed back in, and an apologetic smile is cast towards them all. "Gotta go." He wheels right on by Mae to plant a warm kiss right on her, and as he starts to head towards the exit? He casts a glance towards Nicole, "Uhhmmmm. Text me!" He says, likely offering up his help to her. One might also note that after he goes by? That pitcher of moscow mule is gone. Like it never existed. He'll return it in a couple of days. Very empty.

Mae makes her way over to the masks, pointing at a few of them. "I don't know, they're very nice ass cheeks." She shrugs a shoulder and points at the goblin mask. "I like the way that these were painted. You add some awesome feathers and some goop. All you need is a black turtleneck and a pair of jeans and you're set for a costume." She slants a look at Nicole. "Sound good?"

Nicole nods and waves to Dylan after his alarm goes off and he begins to make his departure. "I'll text soon." Grinning towards Mae after he is gone, she says, "I am sure they are, but that isn't the reason I would come to the ball." Following the direction of Mae's pointed finger, Nicole looks to the masks with a tilted head and a 'hmm' of consideration. "I like them, yeah... maybe. Maybe. I'll think about it." She pulls her phone out of her pocket and checks the time. "I really should get going too though. I did take some notes as you all were talking, have some ideas for hairstyles for some of you. You are all going to look amazing. Truly."

"I look forward to it, but I'll maybe see you before then. I really need to get my hair highlighted." Mae begins to clean up because if you leave booze out, strippers will fall off the stage. "Have a good night Nicole, it was really nice to see you again, meet you sort of. Hopefully we'll get to know each other better."

"You have my number now," Nicole smiles to her. "Give me a call or text anytime." Packing up what few items she took out of that big bag, she slings it over her shoulder. "Have a good night, Mae. By the way, if I haven't said so before, your dancing is amazing.... night!" She waves and heads out the door.
