Vic
This late-period American Foursquare has definitely seen better days since it was built in the late 30s. The siding was probably white at one time, but it's now more grayish dirt than pristine. Some of the boards have been replaced entirely on the upper level, visible as unpainted wood amid the finished white. The roof was once terra cotta per the design, but has since been replaced by cheap asphalt shingles in dark gray. The window casings have paint flaking off and the windows themselves look to be old enough to join AARP. The porch sides are stone which has held up, but the columns are painted wood that are dirty from decades of neglect. The front door has recently been replaced by a higher quality metal one. The yard isn't very well kept.
Inside, the first floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and den (With fireplace). Everything looks like it was last updated, tragically, in the 70s, with the colors of that era's tupperware (Avocado green, burnt orange, yellow-gold-ish, and chocolate brown). A door in the kitchen leads to the full basement. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, all equally left to the ages. IKEA seems to be the source of all the furniture of the new owner, in sharp contrast to everything else about the home.
This is how it looked upon purchase. She is trying to de-70s it.
The bad girl who moved to GH from Portland with her dad just before senior year. Her dad owns a dive bar off the Boardwalk. She seems to always have booze squirreled away in fake cosmetics and perfume bottles, smokes like a chimney, and can be counted on to have a joint, be ready for a party, or make out with a hot guy.
This is a shiny silver aluminum 22' Airstream "Bambi" trailer, detached from the vehicle that normally tows it. At the front end, it has a queen-sized built-in bed with storage beneath and around it, surrounded by windows that have blinds over them. It's separated from the rest of the trailer by a curtain. The center portion of the trailer has a mini kitchen with double sink, 2 burner propane stovetop over a built in microwave, small refridgerator with a small television above it, and storage and pantry cabinets. It sits across the gray wood laminate flooring from a banquette table that can be converted into another sleeping or relaxing space.
A storage closet is across form the entry door, and beside that is the door to the bathroom, with toilet, sink with counter and storage, and a small but efficient shower. The decor is as it came from the manufacturer, with dark blue fabric on the banquette seating, and a gray sheet set with gray comforter on the bed. The dinner and cookware in the cabinets is mismatched, and the bedroom shelves have seemingly random books on them. There are no art or photos on the wall, and no decorative things anywhere. It's all very spartan.
Outside, there is an awning over the entry side of the trailer in gray and white stripes, with a little wooden deck under it with two white Adirondack chairs to either side of a cooler, and a firepit on the gravel with a couple logs to sit on.
Dirty Detective
Vic Grey was a detective for the Portland PD, in the Narcotics division. She was undercover for a few years, then in charge of coordinating other undercover operations. In late 2015 she was caught accepting a bribe from a politician and was fired. She moved to Hoquiam, Washington, a few months later.

Cecilia "Cici" Morgan was Vic's undercover identity within Francisco Ojedo's Sinaloa cartel cell in Portland.
Hoquiam Hotel Clerk
Felix Monaghan enticed Vic to his Hoquiam operations with a paycheck and the ability to feed her addiction, where she was given a 'day job' as a hotel clerk in one of his properties. She became an Enforcer for him, and worked there until April of 2020, when he sent her to Gray Harbor to serve under Joey Kelly.
Retired Army Sergeant Walter Grey is Vic's father. He owns a bar called "The Grey Area" in Portland.
Big boss' cousin and my hot neighbor. We are both doing the same kind of work for Felix. We get along, maybe too well. I think we've agreed that we're actually engaged, after being fake-engaged for a job in Spokane. Are we insane?
The Big Boss. I've worked for him since late 2015, first in Hoquiam, now in Gray Harbor, as an Enforcer.
The Little Boss. I'm now Enforcing for Joey in Gray Harbor, under Felix's orders.
Pizza Guy who heals for cash. Also always has some kinda weed product. My neighbor in the trailer park. Nice kid, for a criminal.
Kind of a dick, but good at what he does.
Three Apples. "Owner" of Two if By Sea. Felix encouraged him to give me a "job" there for appearances sake. He's back from going to Jumanji or whatever over there. I think we're good now.
Easton's girl, and the new and hopefully temporary owner of Two if By Sea. Not temporary in the sense I don't like her, she's too likeable not to like. Temporary in the sense I hope Easton makes it back to this side, for her sake mostly.
Danish Guy I hired as a bar-back at Two if By Sea. Easy to talk to. That might be a problem at some point but for now? He's ok in my book. Been filling him in on what little I know of the weird shit that makes up this town.
I put him undercover with the cartels in Portland, then sold him out to save my father. I told HIM it was for blow and cash. Now he knows the truth. Shit. Confessing that might have been a mistake. What if he takes it out on Walt?
The former fiance and patrol cop. He was a really good man. Way too good for the likes of me. And he finally figured that out while I was undercover in Portland and broke things off. Last I heard he moved to New York City. No, he is not and never was a serial killer, no matter what Gray Harbor rumors abound.
One of my favorite authors who happened to be an goddamned astronaut and the boyfriend of goddamned Javier de la Vega. I need to quash this stupid crush I have on him. Pretty sure he's not interested.
Private Eye without a license. Strange guy, but a good heart. Hired him to check in on my dad and dad seemed to like him. And Walt is a better judge of character than I am, so I take his word for it. Good egg.

This woman is tall, standing just shy of 6 foot, and her leanly muscled form holds a sort of constant tension, like she is waiting to spring into action. Her hair is a dark blonde, golden brown in some light, and falls in thick waves to her mid-back, where the ends roll into loose curls. Her eyes are a dark blue, her nose slightly upturned, and her lips full in a heart-shaped face. Between her dark brows she has a beauty mark slightly off center. She is dressed in well-worn jeans and a white tank top, under a burgundy-hued leather jacket, with tactical boots. Her nails are kept short, and she doesn't seem to wear much jewelry.
