Kailey
Kailey is diagnosed with DID. Anyone with access to mental health records could potentially find out this information if they wanted to look. She has 6 identified Alters, according to her chart. But only two have showed up with any regularity before treatment began. They are triggered by specific events or places or what not. Some are already determined. I'll make a composure check within the first few minutes/poses of encountering to see if she shifts.
Fiona: Young woman with sociopathic tendencies. Prone to violent outbursts, theft, and risk-taking behavior. Known Triggers: Being in the Veil
Cole: Androgynous and cold individual. Very smart, standoffish, gruff, distrusting.
Fi: A regress of Fiona herself, age 10. Suspicious, fiesty, seeking maternal affection.
Finn: An apparently male aspect of Fiona. More pushy, bold, outgoing. Personable, but over confidant.
Coleen: Fiona's interpretation of her mother. Paranoid, skittish, drug-seeking. Rarely seen. Quick to panic.
Kailey indulges in many different physical art forms. As in illustration, painting, body-art, ceramics, and what not. But she also can play the violin and viola. She can paint on virtually any surface, with virutally any kind of paint. Her specialty is henna body art and spray-paint canvas pieces. Her painting always have an ethereal and dream-like quality. Haunting to some, beautiful to others.
Her body art is mainly henna, though she can do indigo and face painting as well. Her pieces seem complicated, but their sweeping lines are often simple. As she makes use of negative space and the light/dark of skin to stain. She can do intensley intricate pieces and has a special love for the phoenix and feline motif.
The Uncat was the manifestation of abandoned mother cat and kittens. The rage and injustice made potent and deadly with claws and teeth and anger. But through the love and care of a group, the negatives were transformed. Everyone thought the Uncat would disappear as these things are when 'defeated' in Gray Harbor. But Kailey felt this Veil creation deserved to live and know the love that was denied it, and brought it into being.
She is a sleek black feline, capable of becoming whatever size is fitting for the task at hand. Her coat is so black as to be purple with stars hidden within the fur and mysteries of feline form. Her yellow eyes glow like two miniature suns and see into the depths of the soul. Her purr is a warm rumble that bring peace and comfort. But she is a tempermental creature, as many veil things are. And her rage against those who would do purposeful harm to animals make her a dangerous familiar to have. For she has a mind of her own. A cat is a cat, even the Uncat.

What a crazy random happenstance. This 6 week old sweetheart showed up in the backyard at 5am crying her heart out. Good thing Kailey's an insomniac.
Drifter - Kailey has been all over the US. She's seen and done some serious shit in her short life.
Blackouts - She isn't the same person during these times. And some have lasted a few months even.
Mental Illness - She isn't well. And she knows it. She tries to keep up with therapy, the only thing staving off the blackouts.
Glimmer - She Glimmers. Especially to the Mind-wise.
Street Artist - She creates a wide variety of art. Mostly spray can canvas pieces with various themes, usually space.
Of average height and fine of feature is Kailey. Dark hair is colored in deep purples and pinks, often in braids or pigtails. Sometimes a messy bun when she's working. Makeup is kept simple, but vibrant pink and purple-red lipsticks make her full lips prominent.
A full figure with curves and meat on her bones, despite the fine bones. Not too much, not too little, with a hour-glass curve weighted towards the top. Long fingered hands often have ink or paint clinging to them in splatters and spots. Nails are kept simple and colorful in purple and magenta sparkles.
She wears jeans and hiking boots. Fashionable wear and tear on the jeans mixing with colorful starburst of paint stains. The shirt is a short-sleeved black thing with mermaid-sequin wording in red and gold: Lil' Devil . Around her neck is a leather dog collar with pink and white fake gemstones.

The remnants of Cimaron were picked up by the jet stream, dumped off the coast of California into another system, and have now spun up into the sort of storm that gets its own name and Wikipedia entry.%r%rThese kinds of storms are the most brutal on the Washington Coast. Some Gray Harborites are old enough to remember the Columbus Day Storm.%r%rSummer is a weird time for this to happen. But this is Gray Harbor, which specializes in weird. So, as everyone scrambles to prepare for a weatherly beating the likes of which most people have never seen and may never see again in their lifetimes--what do //you// get up to? %r%r--%r%rThis is an Open Vignette scene. This isn't too much of a surprise in late winter, as the fog is often heaviest in Spring and Fall. Still, this is particularly dense fog and mist. Meteorologists are astounded, and predicting it will last at least a handful of days, maybe even a week. Visibility in some places is reduced to only a few feet.%r%rBut this is Gray Harbor, so this is no ordinary mist. Anyone with Glimmer can feel something is up. Worse yet, they can see, hear, and smell it too. They're sensing things in the fog, extraordinary and unnatural things: dead and Lost people, mysterious beings, smells and sounds from other places and times, impossible landscapes lingering just out of view.
